Very spacious and well designed living areas. Main living area is huge with lots of comfortable seating for everyone. There is a gracious wide space between sofa back and dining table which is wonderful for young children to play games or just to have a wide pathway through the middle of the large room. The dining table has 8 chairs around it comfortably with 2 more chairs you could add. The counter height bar stools are kid friendly yet comfortable. It is obvious a designer updated this house a few years back. There is a powder room off main living space. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The king bedroom upstairs has a tiny bathroom. All others are fine. The main living area deck is wide, spacious with lovely table/chairs.No carpeting in this house but noise was not a problem. I think it is a premium plank vinyl. Looks good and feels good to feet. We really enjoyed the area under the house under the shade by the pool. The pics are accurate. There is a pool safety gate adjacent from the entry door on ground level. The pool area is completely fenced in. This house has a huge amount of parking. There are 2 driveways into property which make a “u” around the house. The pool area is street side but back from the road a bit and trees/bushes give privacy. It is a quiet street with about a 3 block walk to the broad walk by the blowout. (All kids seems to love playing in these areas where the dune lakes form shallow water ways to the gulf) NO STAIRS TO BEACH! AC works well!

The unit was perfect for the Labor Day weekend. It was clean and well taken care of. My only opinion would be that it needs some bedroom lamps. Thank you for a great vacation.

My family had a wonderful time here. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable for everyone. We'll very likely come back. Beach access is closer than it looks, definitely a short walk, and convenient for a golf cart shuttle. Pool is feet away!

A beautiful stay we were a large group and we also took a pet and we all had an incredible time, the pet beach is very clean and is only 10 minutes from the house, everything was organized and clean when we arrived, it was a good experience the pool is much bigger than in the photo and has a lot of space in the patio, the only bad thing is that you have to go through the last room to access it if you don’t want to go outside the house. But in general I would repeat a thousand times more.

Lovely little home. Plenty of room for everybody and everything was clean. I would recommend reaching out to the management company for more clear directions to get there because you have to take a dirt road.

This was our second time this summer in the same condo and that should tell you enough. Labor Day weekend was a quieter one on this beach which was great. We love this location and the condo/building was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. All utilities worked great, linens and towels were plenty but of course we spent most of the time at the beach which is a very short walk (although there was a golf cart shuttle option as well). We love Blue Mountain as it feels small, private and cozy. There are a few great restaurants within walking distance, a bakery and an ice-cream shop. Publix is 10-15 mins away by car but be prepared for it to be a little pricier. The mgmt company was very responsive and accommodating so we have no complaints. Highly recommend!!!

We had the best time staying at Villa La La and with Benchmark. The house was in a great location near Seaside and short walk to the beach walking distance. There were amenities ready for us at the house with key fob access to the private beach. We really enjoyed the experience and the communication from the Benchmark team. They were able to help our group with flexible check-in and check-out times and provided us with great information on things to do in the area. Overall we had a great time and will be back!

I really like that the Beach ⛱️ chairs were included with our room. It was right on the Beach and was very Clean. We enjoyed our stay and will do it again.
Do to 1 of the elevators being down the wait time for the elevators were long.

Loved the views. The condo was the perfect size for my group of 4. There was a light show on Saturday night on the lake side of the condo. And there are several different pools to swim in. The room was clean and well stocked with utensils and dinnerware. It is in a great location for picking up things at Walmart or going to eat at pineapple willies. And it has easy beach access. Over all it was definitely worth the money and the trip down.
The elevators which was out of the hosts control. Busy weekend so lots of waiting on the elevator. But the host warned me about the long wait times for the elevators.
Just know you have to pay for the bands to access the pools. Which I didn't know about until I got there. That was a little extra money spent for a great weekend. I would have just liked to have known ahead of time so I could have budgeted for that extra sum.

We loved our stay. The golf cart came in very useful because everything is near by. It made getting to the beach easy and sight seeing enjoyable. We will definitely come back!

We loved our stay for our family vacation here. Proximity to public beach access was a huge positive. We rented bikes and it was about a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. We also were able to walk to Old Florida Fish House and other local restaurants and coffee shops. The space was a great size for our group, the kitchen was well stocked and the living room was spacious.

Great view and a great location. Host gave great instructions which made check in and check out easy. The elevators were crazy but our host and Tidewater did a great job communicating how to navigate the peak times.

I came here for my bachelorette trip! It was amazing! Only a few steps from the beach in a quiet safe neighborhood! There was plenty of room for everyone and we loved the pool! I had one minor issue but they fixed it as soon as possible! I would come back here! They are great!
