I had a great stay everything went up to plan it’s pretty much close to everything including the beach, I would definitely book with them again!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The condo was amazing, room was clean , every pool my kids loved , location was great close to everything, the grill by the pool food was awesome
Only thing wasn’t enough was the higiene supply’s we have to run to the store to get them lol

Great place; very comfortable. Clean and modern amenities. Kitchen was fully equipped. Pool access was very convenient but beach was a bit of a walk specially with littles. At the very least you could use a beach cart to haul all your stuff.

Our first rental at Ocean Villa had a bad air condition. The management company handled this problem promptly. They moved us to the Tide Water Resort and compted us an additional night. Thank you so much for handling our problem. I will use your company again.

We were on a bachelorette trip and it was the perfect house! So much space and looked exactly like the pictures. The tram service was amazing and so much fun/helpful for a group of girls. The only negative about the location is the beaches are crowded. Otherwise- everything about the house/location was a 10/10!

Seriously the best experience I’ve had with a management company. They were absolutely 5 stars. Absolutely nothing I would recommend they change. Absolutely would love to work with them again on our next beach rental. 100% Amazing customer service and communication!

Unit was in a great location - had all the items we needed and was very clean. Didn't realize the beaches are now treated as non-public - A change we found disturbing. Not fans of the management charging non-refundable damage waivers.

It was absolutely wonderful. The house was very beautiful and looked just like the pictures. The area it was in was very quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

We loved everything about this rental! The location was absolutely perfect, we could easily walk to Alys or Rosemary for coffee, shopping and dinner. The walk to the beach was just down the sidewalk and around the corner . We loved the house, it was so clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. This is our 4th year coming to 30a and we plan on staying here every year from now on. The management company was very quick to respond with any questions. We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed here for my friends 30th birthday and it was incredible! The house was beautiful and clean and the beds were comfy! The best part was how close it was to beach access. Just across the street!

We absolutely loved our stay at Mistral 12 and we had a great experience working with Benchmark 30A. The view, beach access, included chair and umbrella set up, the proximity to Alys and Rosemary, and the updated and beautiful furnishings made this stay a 10/10 for us.
