As described, excellent location. Only note and not a negative, no beach items available at house. For the price, my experience has been that chairs, floats, beach towels, etc. are on hand at the property. Just FYI

Time at the beach is ALWAYS wonderful - we had excellent weather & the included beach set up umbrella & chairs set up by the friendliest beach attendant - Publix very close by - condo was clean per se, but the furniture upholstery was pretty worn out & stained and could use either a good professional cleaning or replacement - bed was comfortable - this is a WALK UP building, so no elevator to get yourself and bags up to second and third floor - but, as far as just a quick beach trip goes, we had a very nice time & the price was reasonable for direct beach front -

Loved my stay at this benchmark property, the house was clean, beautifully decorated, conveniently close to stores and the beach. Also, was stocked with things to make your stay more easy going; Such as beach toys, floats & a fully stocked kitchen even had small kitchen appliances like mixers and pressure cookers. Oh and I loved the fact this rental offered a golf cart for no extra charge! The management team had great communication, and was very helpful offering recommendations on dining & activities in the area . Will definitely recommend to friends and family !!

Our vacation rental in seaside was everything and more! We walked into a clean well designed vacation home in the perfect location! It was just as described short distance to beach with little ones and in prime location just short distances to highly rated places to eat! Definitely wonderful place to stay and the community pool was our private hangout and very quiet! We will be booking again soon!!!

The condo was Very nice and very comfortable. We didn’t do any cooking, but The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we would have needed. There was plenty of sitting space for everyone to lounge around together. And it was actually a lot bigger than I thought it was going to be. The security on the property was great. My teenagers were able to roam and explore. We checked out all the pools, and the little shops The location was perfect for us and I definitely will be looking to use this same spot again next year.

Besides check in taking awhile and the long wait for elevators, everything was great! Our room was perfect for my family of 5. We’ll be staying at Laketown Wharf again!

We loved our time here! The rental is just as described and a bit old, but it was clean, adorably decorated and we loved the convenience of being on the water without all the chaos of being in town. Highly recommend!

Good location on 32A. Seemed to be a little less busy than some of the surrounding areas. Easy parking. Great view of beach from 9th floor. Super access to beach where they set up 2 chairs and an umbrella for 2 people. You can rent additional chairs if needed. AC worked great. Unit has minimal towels, garbage bags, paper towels, TP, etc. We like to cook so be advised no small items either like salt and pepper or coffee. Nice to know before you get there if you’re buying groceries on the way. We would definitely stay again.

Condo was just as described! Location was right across the street from beach access board walk. Expected the beach to be very crowded for Memorial Day Weekend but wasn't. Suspect the access point isn't well known which is great! Great value for price!!

Very clean, modern, peaceful, and convenient place to stay. The complex is brand new and conveniently located no more than a couple of minutes from the beach, which is perfect because you’re close but not to close to have to deal with beach goers all the time. The complex also included a heated jacuzzi and pool. If I needed to stay in the area again I definitely would look into staying at one of the units in the complex listed by 30A.
