Dara Standish, Business Development Coordinator/Compliance Specialist does an outstanding job, and has helped me through all the challenges of bringing my properties onboard. Working with Benchmark was a great experience! The property was clean and well furnished, and their staff was wonderful to work with. When we arrived we had a missing part for the coffeemaker. We let them know and the issue was resolved quickly. Great service is appreciated!

Fabulous! This suite is across from the pool n one minute to your private beach! Everything is there in the condo that you could think of! Quiet, Peaceful n not crowded!

It was a great time a the the San Remo Facility with decent weather at a great location with restaurants, bike path and of course the beach. Benchmark did a great job of addressing a few items that need fixing. The lady, Annette who handles the day to day maintenance does a great job as well.

Great house close to everything and benchmark management was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the planing process and our stay. Would definitely stay here and rent form them again!

We loved our stay at this condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed and more. The location was very convenient and the beach was beautiful. The beds were extremely comfortable and the condo was quiet. We hope to come back again soon.

I was in the area on a work trip and accidentally came across the unit on Benchmark when shopping for a place to stay. My husband, kids and I had stayed on this property back in the summer so I was familiar with the location. I was surprised to find that Benchmarks rates were far less expensive than what we had previously paid before. I’ll definitely be going through Benchmark again for our travel to the beach!

Benchmark is a terrific rental management company. The response to questions or issues were fast and on point. We rented SeaTreat for the month and were very pleased. Renting a place for next February also through Benchmark.

Unfortunately the heated pool wasn’t heated and won’t be for a few more weeks. However the property was very nice and clean and with questions Benchmark responded quickly. Overall very nice experience.

High Pointe is the perfect place to stay at Rosemary Beach! The condo had everything we needed and the property was beautiful. Benchmark was very helpful and communicative. We loved it!

We had a wonderful week staying in your lovely condo. The place was immaculate, comfortable and with such a nice furnishings! Our favorite pastime was sitting on the porch and admire the beautiful gulf right in front of us. We recommend your place wholeheartedly!

Our stay at BeachCrest 1202 for the month of February was perfect. We arrived to a spotlessly clean unit with a gorgeous view of the gulf from both our master and the living room on the top floor. Upon arrival here were plenty of clean towels in both bathrooms and starter supplies of soap, shampoo and conditioner. The pool was heated and the beach is literally right off the property. The location is low key, yet close to everything from the Publix to restaurants to a donut shop! The cute town of Seaside is just a mile or so away. The unit itself is well equipped with what you would expect from a vacation rental. It could use a Keurig coffee maker, but I actually used the traditional drip coffee maker and drank more coffee:). If you have bikes, bring them as you could bike the path for miles. The bike rentals in the area are a little steep.

They did a outstanding job to see that everything was perfect for us . Loved the condo . It was very clean and right on beach . The only thing that could be improved is the bunk bed mattress need to be replaced. They are very uncomfortable. Otherwise it is a A plus in every way .

We had a great experience at Grand Isle. The unit was roomy, clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking equipment. Beds comfortable. Great location on 30A. We were not bothered by the restaurant below and in fact we enjoyed several meals there.
We did have very intermittent Internet which could be an issue if you want to do some work while visiting. Also the couch was less than comfortable.
We would not hesitate in staying here again.

We love this condo! This was our second year visiting, and the space and layout are perfect for us. The location is phenomenal - right on 30A and the beach! The balcony was perfect for spending hours reading and listening to the gulf waves, two of our favorite beach activities. Beach access couldn't be easier.
The unit was tidy and clean upon arrival. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and easy. Benchmark Management was prompt, responsive, easy to reach, and very helpful.
We appreciated the generous number of bath linens. The kitchen was well-equipped with large and small appliances, making meal prep easy for any level.
We have recommended this unit to family and friends and look forward to visiting again!

We loved the location and the condo! It was clean and well equipped with a great view.The only issue was using the television. Like most rentals trying to figure out how to use the multiple remotes to find local channels and then getting to the subscription channels is very complicated. Step by step instructions would be very helpful especially for older people.

My family had an excellent stay at Best of Both Worlds. There was a ton of room in the house, so our group of 7 (plus our pup) were very comfortable! We knew the weather would be iffy in mid-February, but we were able to enjoy the heated pool even when it wasn't beach weather. There are a handful of restaurants/coffee shops within walking distance and having a golf cart helped us to further explore much of 30A and easily hop over to the beach.
