Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I absolutely loved this house!! Ample space for everyone. The pool was glorious. My daughters loved their bedroom. Having the Master Suite has an incredible bathroom. We also loved all the balconies. So nice to wake up, have your coffee with that view. The Beach is great. The bike rides were magical. We highly recommend this property if you want to enjoy some "lazy days" to recoup from the daily grind.

Benchmark was the property management for a recent stay on 30A in Florida. We had a fantastic experience with Benchmark. Great Communication that was prompt, responsive, professional and helpful. E-mails and texts were sent for all necessary property information including door codes, property gate codes and check-in/check-out procedures that made everything simple. Five Stars.

Our stay was fabulous! The condo in Sea Grove was a little outdated, but was extremely clean and functional. We were a quick walk to the beach and a short drive from everything else! The only thing I would suggest is to let people know where to find the dumpsters :)

Recently stayed here with a group of girlfriends and we had a great time! The house is beautiful and in such a peaceful neighborhood. The preset chairs on the beach were great as well so we didn’t have to lug all of that ourselves. Overall it was a beautiful peaceful weekend and I would stay here again!

We absolutely loved staying here! It was a perfect weekend getaway! The house was so cozy, clean and beautifully decorated! The outside area was very peaceful! The host was very kind and always welcoming to answer any questions we had!
We will definitely come back to this cozy cottage!

We had an amazing stay at The Palms of Destin. The pool area was the highlight with plenty of space to relax, and we loved having the coffee bar and poolside food right there. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The location couldn’t have been better, close to shopping, restaurants, and lots of things to do. Everything came together to make our trip really enjoyable, and we’d definitely stay here again.

Great location, we love LakeTown Warf. Spacious and clean condo. Desperately needs a new front door electronic lock though. That thing was super finicky the entire stay and you had to wait a solid minute for it to unlock the door each time. Kitchen could use a few more cooking pans/utensils. We didn't cook at all except for breakfast, but we had to make do with the minimum they provided for pans and such. I would think a place with a full kitchen would provide most everything needed to cook, but they were lacking basic things. Other than that, the place was spacious, clean and overall definitely worth it!

Our time at this property was great! The house was clean, had all the amenities. Close to the beach, store, dining. The pool is gorgeous! Overall our stay was amazing! If I had toPick one thing to improve, it would be more comfortable beds/pillows- but I understand everyone prefers something different. Nothing that would prevent us from staying here again! Communication was phenomenal!

Our little family of four had the best stay here! We only spent one night but everything was spotless and so comfortable. The kids were absolutely obsessed with their room and it made them feel right at home. The beachfront balcony was our favorite part and we loveddd sitting out there taking in the view and listening to the waves. Easy access to both the beach and pool made our stay even better. We were able to check in early which was such a bonus and honestly if we did not have to get back to work we would have stayed much longer. We also ran into several guests who told us they have been coming here for years and now we completely understand why. Everyone was so friendly and the whole atmosphere was welcoming. The elevator and luggage carts were a huge help and made both arrival and departure stress free. The management company made everything so easy with their follow up texts and we never felt left with any questions. They truly made the experience seamless from start to finish. We would definitely love to come back!

Benchmark management was always in communication and responsive to all questions. The beach chair and bike rentals included with the reservation weee so easy to set up. Please note - bring your own beach towels! The only small draw back was the small amount of toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning products for a week long stay. I had to buy extra plus tissues, hopefully they were left to for the next tenant. Can’t wait to stay there again!

Reviewer Comments: This condo in in the perfect location to enjoy a quiet beach trip but also close enough to Seaside to walk and a short drive to anything else you would want to do while on 30A. The condo is a bit dated but very clean and has everything you would need to enjoy your stay. I would suggest a smart tv for the living area so that a guest could log into their Netflix etc. accounts. Benchmark management was very responsive to emails and texts which was wonderful.We enjoyed having the beach chairs and umbrella set up when we got to the beach each day.

We had an amazing stay at 95 Betty. It was a beautiful home just a short walk from the beach. Pool in back was lovely and being dog friendly we were able to bring our baby with us. Benchmark made sure we had everything we needed!

This is our second year staying here and it did not disappoint. The house is amazing and in a great spot. The neighborhood is very quiet and secluded and perfect for our kids to play and walk to the pool. Bike rentals and coffee shop are walkable, located right at the end of the street. Also the beach access right down the road is very secluded and we are always able to find a great spot. The host is great and was able to get us checked in early so we could begin to enjoy our vacation. Can’t say enough about this stay, you will love it!

We had something come up and were unable to come as early as we had planned so we didn’t get to check in until late that evening. And we were all exhausted when we got in that night. The house was even better in person than the pictures! But the house had some serious safety concerns especially considering the ages of our children and with my husband working as a commercial project manager he notices and pays attention to detail. The crows nest had several pieces of metal roofing material left out that we didn’t see when we first arrived bc it was dark and almost tripped over it. We constantly had to watch the kids on the crows nest (which obviously with a 4 & 5 yr old we would never let them go out there alone anyway, but even the 12 & 13 yr olds. The boards up there are also uneven and loose in some spots and made me nervous, although that view is unlike any I’ve ever seen at any other VRBO we’ve stayed at in Santa Rosa Beach in the past 4 yrs we’ve been coming! The queen size bedroom on the 2nd floor has issue with the main lock video attached & my son was actually locked in the bedroom for short period of time. The backyard hadnt been cleaned (patio furniture or tables, lounge chairs, umbrella, etc- walking barefoot around the pool area hurt everyone’s feet, but once I found the broom problem was solved. And we loved the privacy and tropical oasis vibe!

Loved our stay in unit 1201. Unit was exactly as described. Loved the ocean views from the living space, bedroom and even the bathroom. we did not prepare meals; however, kitchen appeared well stocked. Beach chair service was fantastic. Balcony views were amazing. Would definitely rent again.
Communication from benchmark 30A was great. We received a text when unit was ready for check in and it was such a wonderful surprise to get to check in a bit early.

We had a great stay at High Pointe. The location was perfect for going to the beach and walking to restaurants. The only complaint I had was the slider door was extremely hard to open and the handle was broken - but they came and put a temporary fix on it promptly when I let them know. Could use some oven mitts and pot holders. Other than that we had everything we needed.
