The unit is amazing with a great view of the beach. It’s perfect for a relaxing vacation with your family. We had 7 guests in our crew and had plenty of space.
The bunk bed room was a big hit with our girls.

We had our family of nine during the stay. This house allowed the three families to have their own area in home to have privacy. We had a wonderful main area that accommodated everyone. The bathrooms were amazing and their were plenty for each family unit. Close to the pool and short walk to the beach. The area around the neighborhood had places to eat, shop and entertainment. The house was so good we are wanting to book it for next year.
We all hated to say goodbye after a week of rest, relaxation and family time.

We had a great stay! Thank you for hosting us. The place was clean and beds were very comfortable. The pool was the best part for our family. Beaches are a ways to get to if you don’t have a golf cart but we drove and parked to enjoy a few of the beaches. Biking was great and the family enjoyed The Hub!

Great location! The beach chairs/umbrella & location on the beach - priceless. Other parts of the beach were super crowded but not at BeachCrest! Condo needs new blinds in the master bedroom but other than that it was great.
A short golf cart ride to great restaurants in Seagrove or Seaside. Very pleased.

The location was great, and everything we wanted. Benchmark granted a couple of our requests and it helped us out so much. Beautifully decorated, and very peaceful. Be aware that you are located on the 3rd floor, so if you have a heavy bags, you will be carrying up bc there is no elevator. We might have broken our bags up instead of using one giant suitcase bc it was so heavy. I would happily stay at this Airbnb again, and hope to in the future.

The stay was lovely, the only complaint I do have is that there was not a broom or dust pan or anything to help us keep the sand at a minimum. It’s the beach, there will be sand, obviously. But not having a broom to keep after it seems a little odd to me. The property management company was not super helpful when I reached out asking if maybe it accidentally got locked into a cleaning closet. Aside from that, it was as advertised just well lived in and loved. Which is okay by me. Area is great, pool was great, beach was great. Overall a wonderful experience. I’d come back, just with my own broom and dust pan! Enjoy your stays here. Very safe with kiddos.

This home, neighborhood, and area are delightful! It is very nice, peaceful, clean, beautiful, had everything in the kitchen you could need for 13 people to have dinner and drinks, we loved it! The only issue was that we did not receive the gate code to the community, the pool and pool bathroom gate code, or the beach access gate code until we arrived and messaged the host. They did respond with information within 2 minutes though! Also, the beach is pretty far away if you are walking. No tents allowed, only umbrellas.

We had an amazing time. Benchmark management was so kind and helpful during our entire stay. They texted updates each day and offered recommendations for dining and activities. Very easy to reach out to if there was anything needed. The rental itself was clean and the perfect size for a couple. Both pools were clean and all the activities on the property were kept up well. I can't wait to book my next vacation with them!

Excellent choice, everything was incredible, super clean, good location, the place is very quiet and has excellent amenities (pool). Publix and Walmart are nearby and you can find amazing restaurants.

We fell in love with this house the moment we stepped inside. Everything is perfect! The pool was perfect when we were sick of the sand and beach. I will vacation here again!! We couldn’t have picked a better house to stay in.

The house is beautiful and the pool was really nice and not overly crowded during our stay. The only thing that wasn’t 5 stars was the fact there was no spare trash bags, toilet paper or paper towels. A little inconvenient to have to stock the house to that extent but still a very nice stay.

Our family had the absolute best time at the Beachside Condo! Everything was great and as advertised. Very clean and decorated nicely. Checkin was very simple, communication was easy and timely. They checked in with us and even offered to make any kind of food or activity recommendations. The balcony had the perfect view. It was a really quiet place. The beach was just a hop and a skip away. There were showers by the access to rinse off before returning to the condo. Parking was easy. Would definitely recommend staying and would stay again with my family.

The facility was nice and provided plenty of the necessities one might need to enjoy a vacation. The pool was the best part! The bedding was AMAZING, too. There were plenty of towels and I was thankful for the soaps, laundry+dish soap. They even left a roll of paper towels + sponge. Just be aware you are not on the beach and it’s about a 6-7 minute drive (if there’s no traffic)to the closest public beach. Definitely will be staying here again.

Mellow Yellow's floor plan and proximity to the beach made for a tough-to-beat stay on 30A.The screened front porch is shaded from the afternoon heat, and 3 ceiling fans made for a surprisingly reasonable environ in the otherwise scorching Florida summer heat.The interior common areas have plenty of seating for lounging and dining. The kitchen is bigger than you'll need, certainly not a detraction!The back patio outdoor shower means one doesn't have to track sand and wet through the house.The bedrooms are adequately sized. The bathrooms felt middling in size, and the master bath left a lot to be desired (tiny vanity, inadequate light fixtures, finicky toilet, slowly draining shower).

The house was fantastic!! spacious, very comfortable, clean, the kitchen was fantastic for people that like to cook. The dining table was great as well and comfortable. The beach is only 2 blocks away so you can go walking. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area. Is a very nice place to stay. The people from Benchmark Management is great, super friendly, very polite and solved all questions we had. I totally recommend this house and benchmark management!!

This was the perfect condo for a short getaway. The proximity to the ocean is literally steps away. Location was great as far as restaurants/ Publix. It was very clean and the decor is very cozy and overall a great place. I would definitely stay there again.

We really loved the Commodores retreat! Its close proximity to the beach was perfect. I also really appreciated the small things such as Tupperware was in the kitchen. Two things that popped out as a little disappointing would be the bright light outside the bedroom. The bedroom is right across the hall from the elevators and there is a light that can make you think that it’s 6 A.m. when in fact, it is only 2 AM. I had to wear an eye mask asleep, which is not a huge deal, but I feel like some darker curtains would be lovely there. Another thing and I could be wrong, but I did not see where this unit included beach chairs. They are available for rent, but I have seen where a lot of places include to beach chairs with the rental. Again, these are minor things. But enough, that the light in the bedroom properly bothered my husband. The bed was very comfortable. The bunks in the hallway are really more suited to younger children instead of teenagers. If you have a tall teenager, they may want to sleep on the pullout couch.... Also, the bathroom could use a little TLC. It is probably the original bathroom when the property was built. Again, it is very functional. However, the countertops are shorter and the shower is not updated either. These were minor things for a long weekend, but if these are things that would be a dealbreaker, maybe look at another facility. I would absolutely stay here again, but I would definitely keep that in mind if this is a dealbreaker.
