Excellent place to stay! The beds were SO comfy and same with the couch it was excellent place to relax. A word of caution they do text you a lot to give you reminders and updates for check in/check out and how the stay is going, however I enjoy over communication rather than none. I had a great time!! Will definitely be back!

Reviewer Comments: My husband and I plus my sister and brother-in-law enjoyed five mostly gorgeous early-May days in a spacious, clean, attractive, comfortable, conveniently located 2nd-floor 3-bedroom 2-bath end-unit condo in the small “Grand Isle” building on 30-A in Seagrove Beach with access to a well-maintained beach walkway right across the street. Enjoyed the large well-furnished covered deck looking toward the Gulf (no view from the 2nd floor, but we enjoyed the ocean breezes). The two king beds were comfortable (we didn’t use the pleasant smaller 3rd bedroom, which included a bunk bed with a double on the bottom, single on top). A/C worked great, the bathrooms were fine, the kitchen was compact but very well equipped, and the living room had plenty of comfy seating. Because this was an end unit condo, there were extra windows, so plenty of natural light. There’s a pretty good restaurant on the 1st floor that serves 3 meals a day — we only ate there once, we preferred to eat in Seaside or Rosemary Beach when we weren’t fixing our own meals — so that’s a nice convenience for those who prefer to eat out without traveling via more than an elevator ride or quick flight of stairs. We found the east-central Seagrove Beach location to be perfect for exploring 30-A to both the east and the west. It’s just 5-6 minutes drive to the nearest Publix, and about the same driving time to Seaside, located 2 miles to the west. Benchmark staff were helpful and communicative during the booking process and throughout our stay, and quick to respond to my questions. The condo was in good working order overall considering the hard use vacation rentals get; other than a hall bathroom exhaust fan that didn’t seem to be working and some challenges figuring out all the various remote controls for the TV without any detailed instructions — a common problem these days, I’ve found — we were very satisfied with our exp

We had an amazing stay. Condo was clean and comfortable! Management was very responsive to our requests.

We stayed 4/30 thru 5/4/25. The condo was gorgeously decorated, very clean and spacious. Everything you need for a vacation away from home was in this condo. Supplies were given until we could go to the store (Laundry pods, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, etc). Like you would find in a nice hotel The courtesy shuttle was great to take us anywhere we needed within the resort. Benchmark checked with us throughout our stay to ensure we had a great stay. Even after we left they thanked us for staying. Will definitely stay again. The price was reasonable also.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. First of all, it was spotless- one of the cleanest beach condos I've ever stayed in. The beach access was very close and easy to get to. We used the provided tram a few times; it was always quick and efficient. It's also easy to walk down the beach to our access. The unit is as advertised. Plenty of space to sleep 4, even 6 if you really wanted. Parking was easy too. We had a great stay and would recommend!

We loved our stay! The location is great and easy to get in and out of. Close to the public beach access as well. The house looks just like the photos and is very well maintained and clean. We loved the backyard area and screened porch in the evenings.
If traveling with little ones who need a dark and quiet sleeping space, be aware the whole house is very light and bright. One bedroom has a standard door while the other is a barn door which doesn’t fully “seal”. We traveled with portable blackout curtains and a sound machine, which worked like a charm!

This place was perfect t my my little family. Easy access to the beach and when we needed a break from the sand, the kids loved the pool! Everything was great 😊

Great location and place had everything you need for a wonderful 30A experience. Still rated 5 stars but I was not sent the checkin details on time and had to follow-up multiple times to get the details, directions/address did not tell the actual unit number, and stay information like WiFi not provided. Hoping was just a one off as the place is really great and I did eventually get all I needed, but if happens to someone else, might be worth considering. However, great beach and pool access as well as restaurants and shopping close by.

It was our first time in the 30A area and the condo was in the perfect location. Direct access to the beach and just a short drive to endless activities and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

This location was amazing. Condo was clean, spacious and everything we could ask for. Having the beach access with chairs and umbrella, was so easy. We had a few issues getting in, due to a battery issue on the pad, but management was able to help immediately and got the battery changed very quickly. After that, we didn’t have any further issues. I will say, there are 35 steps from pool down to beach. I wasn’t expecting such a steep incline to beach, so that would be my only concern if renters aren’t able to do stairs.

Great family atmosphere

We had a great stay at this condo! The place was decorated well with plenty of space to roam and not feel like we were on top of each other. The walk to the beach was very easy- even with all infant and toddler needs. The "private beach area" is nice with a tenant available to put up rented umbrellas and chairs. If you want a tent then you'll have to set up just outside of the private area which was maybe an extra 50 feet. We enjoyed the bikes and the pool area. The kitchen had all appliances and cookware that we needed. There is no filtered water system in the fridge so you'll want to get extra water. You'll also want to ask for the gate and pedestrian code before getting there because it's not in the check-in guidelines but the management was fairly quick to respond- especially by text messages. We would definitely recommend this condo and hope to stay here again one day!

We had a great weekend at Laketown Wharf! The condo was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views from the balcony were beautiful, and we loved being just a short walk from the beach and restaurants. The pools and amenities were a nice bonus. It was a great experience and we'd definitely stay here again!
