Benchmark makes it very easy to find the perfect place to rent while you are on the Emerald coast. This trip we were in Beachcrest 805. Very clean, well stocked, lots of towels, etc. Emily came and helped me figure out the cable TV. 🙂 The location of Beachcrest is perfect, you rarely need to use your car. And Benchmark is right on site which makes any wuestions very easy to get answered. We have rented from them many times before and will continue to do so.

Reviewer Comments: We arrived late and it was dark already, then the next morning I opened the patio door and wow, you are literally in the dunes with a direct view of the water. The area is quiet and wasn’t crowded while we were there (off season). The room is clean and comfortable. Of the main road but still not far to Seaside or Rosemary. Would definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful week here late February. As advertised, beautiful views of the gulf and beach from the unit, and an easy ground floor walk out to the beach. Newly renovated, squeaky clean and comfortable. Quiet, as at least at that time the community was inhabited with mostly friendly snowbirds that valued tranquility. Close to everything as far as fine dining establishments. . restaurant's. Short drive to scenic 30A. Would definitely come back. Cool spot- miss it already.....

Our family rented Blue Nine 5 through Benchmark Management 2/21 - 3/7/26. Benchmark's communication and support pre-arrival and during our stay was perfect - just the right amount of information when needed, but not intrusive. The unit was comfortable and properly appointed - HOWEVER, the beach was the real attraction. In 20 years of beach vacationing throughout the Southeast, including many places in Florida, the Santa Rosa Beach is the best we have experienced. Our portion of beach was very private due to public access restrictions in the area. Often there were no people, boats, vehicles or airplanes in view and it was just us, the ocean and the beach - a great experience.

This is our second year staying at this beachfront condo... and it did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The condo itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly situated right on the beach. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the management team. They were incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely cared that we had a wonderful stay. Every question was answered quickly, and they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to encounter such attentive and professional hospitality. If you’re looking for a relaxing beach getaway where everything is handled seamlessly, this is the place. We are home and already rebooking for next year. Highly recommend!

House was beautiful and in great condition. Location was great. Short walk to beach and beach area was nice and open and not crowded. Home had all necessities for our beach trip including some beach supplies such as wagons and chairs. All home amenities worked for us and home was very clean and family or group friendly. Management was great and always responded within a few hours. Would recommend and stay again! Lots of local shops and places to eat in walking distance.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The view was beautiful and we really enjoyed spending time on the balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed and the amenities made our stay easy and relaxing. We loved everything about our stay and will be coming back!

Fantastic location with beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony. Very comfortable beds. beautiful walkable community. Just know that it is about a 10 minute walk on the boardwalk to the beach.

I stayed 5 nights at this beautiful place. It was so private, safe at night, close to literally EVERYTHING, very quiet even with families & kids it was still quiet. I was able to take my midterms while staying here. You open the sliding doors & step right out into the ocean air. You couldn't possibly be any closer to the ocean. The pool was clean, the maintenance people I seen them everyday on a schedule cleaning & taking care of the property. Theres some grills on the property, outdoor showers to wash off the sand, picnic table, patio furniture to sit outside, complimentary chairs & umbrellas on the beach for people to sit that are private to people staying there which to me was amazing because we didn't have to drag down the canopy & chairs. The host was amazing. I was asking questions about stuff around & they were so helpful with everything, checked on us when we were there. I could literally go on & on about this place. I recommended this place to everyone i know! i will be back!!

Wonderful stay, condo was nice size, very clean, comfortable bed, balcony overlooking the Gulf was such a peaceful spot to soak up the beauty, the sound of the waves and the warm sun. Free chairs and umbrella service was much appreciated. Benchmark was very communicative and responsive and I would not hesitate to rent from them again.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beachfront property! The sound of the waves and stepping right onto the beach was pure magic. The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The views were incredible, especially at sunset. It was the perfect place to unwind and make great memories.
