Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this condo many times and we love it! From the location to the views it’s hard to beat! Only minor complaint would be the WiFi situation and the lack of being able to watch local tv channels. The WiFi seemed to work better when we were on the beach as opposed to the condo. Minor complaints for sure and it would not prevent us from booking again.

Clean, well designed, peaceful space that worked well for our multi generational family gathering. Grandparents enjoyed the covered porch, kids loved the game space. Neighborhood pool was right around the block and less than ten minute walk from the beach. Great location near the highway and Gulf Place but close to the beach.

Awesome view of beach/ocean from pool deck/house! Excellent location on beach with sandy bottom on ocean floor. No need for shoes! Golf cart very convenient for quick trip to grocery store 5 minutes away. Extra refrigerator and bathroom on pool floor was very nice!

Have stayed with this host/mgmt co before. The Palms are a great for size $ beautiful location. This is the 3rd of their units we’ve stayed in. It was very clean & prob needs more modern updating. Best beach views for ground level unit.

This place was so spacious! When we got there we discovered we had no hot water. They responded back to our message within 5 minutes. They sent someone over promptly the next morning and got it taken care of. (it was a tripped breaker). They were polite and friendly. The beach service was a nice bonus to this condo.

Very nice stay at the condo. Enjoyed the location, and the amenities provided at Beachcrest Condos. Excellent cleaning! Comfortable beds and living room furniture.

Great vacation condo.The cons: It does show a little more wear and tear than the photos show. Just small things. Also bring your muscles..the sliding door is a little tough to open.The pros: It was so clean! And so many towels which was really nice. The kitchen was great - super clean amd pretty much all you need (except for a pizza pan - although there is a pizza cutter). The TV in the living room is much larger than the photos show. The main bed was so comfortable. And the balcony was perfect. We had binoculars but even without them we could see dolphins, sting rays and turtles. And lastly, the management company is INCREDIBLE. They were in constant contact with us. I did let them know the kitchen ceiling light was slipping off slightly - no biggie at all - they had it repaired within a few hours.

Such a fun girls trip! Beautiful water and we had perfect weather! Will definitely be back! Such a cute place! Just note the beach access is stairs so a beach cart will not work and no fans in the unit. AC worked great just bring a fan if you’re used to fans! Overall we loved it!

Our stay was fabulous. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. Loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean and views, sunsets were beautiful as well.
The condo was clean, easy to navigate and had all the essentials needed for our stay.
Would recommend this condo and benchmark management company to others.

The beds were comfy, and there was plenty of space for a large group to stay. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. We especially liked the house being a very short walk to the pool area. The golf cart was great and allowed us to park the vehicle and travel the entire area. The beach access was just a short distance away, and the house provided all the necessities to spend the day at the beach. We enjoyed our stay and had no complaints!!

This was a great place for us, a multi-generational family of 5, for a beach vacation. Grayton beach is just fabulous. The home was in an ideal location for us, with 2 restaurants within 50 feet and dozens more within 3-10 minute drive. Also, only 120 yards yards to the water's edge (although a surprisingly heavy trek through deep sand). The home was very well equipped, with ample kitchen gear, especially drinking glasses, as well as bathroom towels. The pool and backyard was also great, especially for the young kids. There was beach gear to use, even though we had rented that separately. The only thing missing was beach towels, which could have been pointed out if not supplied. It could be noted that there is no dining table per se, but "bar" seating at 2 counters. The host company was pleasantly proactive in communication and immediately responsive when we had a question. We would definitely come back to this rental and otherwise look to the Benchmark 30A company for other rentals

Ocean view from picture on website is now blocked by new construction home. Living room/kitchen furniture cushions could use a deep clean otherwise the place was immaculate. Highly recommend.
