We loved staying here and benchmark was quick to respond with any questions I had. We had trouble getting in with the code in the beginning however they helped and after that was no issues.

Wonderful stay! The location was perfect - quiet, peaceful, and just steps away from the beach. We loved being able to walk to the beach. The area was serene and relaxing, making it ideal for unwinding. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay very much!! The location is wonderful! A short walk to the beach and we loved the view of the beautiful water right from our windows and porch! We had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay and we hope to be back! Definitely recommend!

House was in a great location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. Pool and screened in the enclosure was a hit. The garage had 3 bikes, a kayak, plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas, a cooler, as well as wagons to tote everything to the beach. Basically, everything you would need for a beach vacation. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in 30A and this rental.

Our stay was perfect. Benchmark communicates professionally and rapidly to questions. The house was perfect space for my family of 8 with room to spare. Beach and pool are both easy walks. Very quiet location. We had an extremely rainy week…the house provided a lovely screen porch to listen to the rain and large kitchen to cook in for the days we weren’t able to go explore. Would recommend!!!

Perfect spot for our girls trip!! We each had our own room, kitchen was perfect, balcony was amazing and where we spent most of our time. Had a few small issues which were taken care of immediately. Highly recommend

We absolutely loved staying here! My husband and I and our 3 little boys stayed and it was perfect! (The beds are high— which is no big deal— but we opted for boys sleeping on the pull out couch— just lower to the ground!) Locations was GREAT. Soooo close to the beach access— close to seaside, shops, coffee, everything! The house was clean and exactly what we saw in the photos. The management company was one step ahead of us & answered any questions very quick! We would stay here again!

The house was beautiful, very clean and fully stocked with anything you might need. If you like quiet and away from the busy areas this place is perfect for you. We will definitely be back.

We loved this rental very much. The beach was amazing. This rental had several beach chairs and things for the beach, which was nice. We love the Seagrove area, great coffee shops, restaurants, and cute shops. Very close to the Publix grocery store. It was a very peaceful and laid back area. We will definitely be going back.

Family of 5 slept comfortably for the week. The location next to the boardwalk was very convenient. We enjoyed staying next to Eastern Lake because the kids can still play in the water when the ocean is too rough (red or double red flags). The unit had a few issues, but Benchmark responded quickly and sorted it out. I would say it was fairly well equipped in the kitchen. We had plenty of towels. We all found the beds to be comfortable. We would book here again in the future. Oh, and if you get a chance, we had a blast at Big Kahuna's in Destin.

We are a family of four with a 3 yr old and 1 yr old. Location was amazing! Made walking to the beach with young children a breeze, along with Shelby’s a few minutes walking distance too. Our 3yr old LOVED the built in bunks!

We had a great time! The only issue was the toilets that ran unless you jiggled the handle on each flush. Addressing both toilets would be a great improvement. Otherwise we had an amazing time and will come back.

Being in the Property Management business, it was great to be treated like a King by a great group of people. It was a last minute get away and they checked on us several times to make sure everything was ok. Wow, best service I have ever had!

We’ve been visiting the Beachwood Villa complex for many years. This unit is by far our favorite in terms of decor, cleanliness, size, and comfort. It included everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation. The only negative was climbing up to the third floor with our luggage. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Seacrest Beach! The location was absolutely perfect — everything we needed was within walking distance, including restaurants, shopping, bars, the beach, and the pool. The tram system was super convenient and made getting to and from the beach a breeze. The property itself was spotless, well-maintained, and just right for our family. We felt comfortable and right at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing and accessible beach getaway!
