We loved staying at this home. It was beautiful and close to all the things we love. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which for us is important. We would stay here again for sure!

This house was perfect for us ( 4 adults and 2 kids 2 and under). The beds were really comfortable! The location was perfect! We really enjoyed the pool as there was plenty of seating and family friendly. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Sea Grove Beach is one of our favorite area on the FL Emerald Coast, especially during the shoulder months. One Sea Grove Place is the perfect location for the two of us to unwind, relax and enjoy the incredible Gulf Front view. We try and go at least once a year.

This is my second stay in this unit 4th at these condos. They are dog friendly short walk to beach . I will be back later this summer. This is only place I stay anymore

Overall we had a really nice stay at CR #104. Despite 2 days of rain we enjoyed the property and Benchmark management was always quick to respond. A nice plus was that the beach chairs were included. We’re looking forward to visiting next year!

We have stayed at this location multiple times, and we enjoy the modern kitchen, and fully equipped for anything that you could possibly need for cooking. As well, there are basically two master baths upstairs, which is very convenient and updated.We'll be back!

We loved our stay at Beachwood Villas 14B. We have stayed there three times and it is very comfortable for our family of six. The condo has everything we need and it’s clean and well-stocked. The community has plenty to do with two pools, tennis courts, grills, restaurants within walking distance, and it’s only a short walk to the beach.

This place was so nice, it felt so homey and clean. The kitchen and living room were my favorite spots and the nightly strolls to the beach were so lovely and peaceful. I would treasure tue idea to come back next year, we absolutely love this area! thank you so much for letting us stay here in this lovely home! my only suggestion is to dust the fans in the bathrooms , otherwise it was very clean!

We had a lovely stay at the property. It was nicely decorated, clean, spacious and a short walk from the beach. If i were being critical the only thing I didn’t enjoy was the bed, but I am used to a memory foam. Everything else was wonderful!

Our stay was great! We had an issue getting into the property at first but it was resolved and smooth sailing from there. We really liked that we had private access to the beach and the sand flea restaurant and bar was nice, right on the beach. The beach was right across the street so that was awesome. And tons of bars, restaurants, and stores close by.

Service was great, every question answered promptly and detailed communication throughout. We loved the community, gated beach access and large pool were great amenities. The house is walking distance to several great places like Perfect Pig, brozinnis, goat feather market, salty butcher, local cantina, turbo coffee. All great. Short drives to rosemary beach and Seaside very convenient. the walking trail into the state park from the property also very nice amenity.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. Very clean, updated furniture and appliances. View was spectacular. Highly recommended this as your stay if wanting to go to Seaside & Rosemary Beaches.

BeachCrest 601 was one of the best units we've stayed in in our over 30 years of vacationing on 30A. The kitchen was updated with high quality cabinets, counter tops and tile. The dining area and living room furniture were comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. We especially enjoyed the high-top table and chairs on the balcony. Benchmark Management did a great job of communicating throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well.

The condo appeared to be recently renovated and was very nice. However, the dishwasher did not work the entire week. Management sent someone up to look at it and reassured us that a maintenance person would come by but the issue was never resolved leaving us to handwash all the dishes. With the price of the rental, it would be expected that everything would be in working order.

A Lovely Day was a perfect house for our friend group of 16 people- kids & adults! We had 4 separate families and the house was spacious for all of us! The location was perfect- 10 minutes one direction to Rosemary & Alys beach, and 10 minutes the other direction to Seaside. Eastern Lake beach access was amazing at the end of the street. We had 8 kids total and the shallow lake water provided HOURS of entertainment. The beach was so amazing we didn’t even use the community pool. Even though not advertised, there were beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon and tons of sand toys in the garage. There was also a second fridge in the garage which would have been nice to know about in advance when planning meals for our large group. There is also an ice maker in the kitchen which was amazing, but also not listed. The house has an elevator, but not available for guests use, which is a bummer. There are a lot of stairs in the home so the elevator would be super helpful for older guests. There is also a golf cart that sits in the garage, but is not available for guests use...also a bummer. Beachy Bean Coffee is about a 12 minute walk from the house. Highly recommend George’s in Alys beach for dinner! Overall we loved our stay and hope to be back!!
