The location of this property was great. We were just steps away from shops and restaurants, and a trolley took us to the beach. We also ventured out by car to Inlet beach and Dune Allen beach to cover the entirety of 30A. At night we were able to walk to the bar for drinks togo and return to relax on the screened porch while enjoying live music from the circle.
We had trouble with the burners on the stove not working during our stay. The facility maintenance responded quickly to address the issue but parts were needed by 3rd party repair. The property management was quick in response, however, we were limited to half of the range top during our stay.

Great house to stay at. Photos online does NOT do justice to it. Looks a lot better. Very clean and a perfect spot , close to beach.
Would highly recommend this place.

This is my first experience renting from Benchmark and the online booking process, pre arrival communications, texts on arrival day to during and post stay check-in’s were all outstanding. We had a 3rd floor 3 bedroom
3 bath oceanfront unit for family time of 3 adults and 1 toddler. Elevator and luggage carts were a big help for moving items in and out.
We enjoyed quiet beach time during our Sept 20-26, 2025 visit. Parking for one car is assigned on property side and Tranquillity has a designated parking lot directly across the street for the second car we had. Parking pass were waiting for us at entry hall table upon arrival. Every detail and very appreciated by all of us.
We had 2 minor issues - ice maker was a block of ice and not dispensing - a quick text and appliance company showed up in a day and Benchmark brought a bag of ice to hold us over until repairs was made.
Toilet in front of bath was running almost constantly. A repair ticket was placed and tech arrived several hours later. Even with 2 issues, Benchmark was on it and I believe is worthy of a 5-Star review.

Would definitely return. Perfect location and beautiful beach. Overall the campus is beautiful and well maintained. Unit was clean, comfortable and homey. Only comment is none of the bedroom light switches seem to work but certainly not an issue. Full mattress in far bathroom might need to be flipped or replaced. Will definitely be recommending to friends. Enjoyed our sisters getaway!

Great location! Room overlooks the beach. Condo was quiet. The condo is in major need of some repairs/upgrading for future use. We did not have any specific problems, but there are things that need improving. The couch is stained and worn out. No comfortable seating options in the living room. The master bathroom smelled of a foul odor. The bathroom was cleaned very well, but I think it was urine in the grout. There was a large gap in the sliding class door that allowed a large draft. Again, didn’t bother us, but definitely an efficiency issue. Management company was very easy to communicate with and very responsive which was much appreciated. Overall, would stay there again. These issues are minor when compared to the view and location!

The location was beautiful, right on the beach. The condo was clean and updated. It felt like staying in someone’s home instead of a hotel, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming.
I had confusion about how to operate the gate to the beach and benchmark staff were immediately available to help me. I appreciated that they checked in occasionally through text to make sure my stay was going well. I would stay here again and hope to do so in the future.

The property was just as pictured—very comfortable and nicely decorated. Plenty of space for our family. The AC works perfectly which is great for Florida ;) Very quiet on the top floor, right next to the pool and tennis which is very nice! It’s a short walk to the beach access which wasn’t busy at all in Sept. It’s also a very short drive to the Santa Clara beach access which has parking and a ramp and even more space to spread out. You can walk or bike to donuts, pizza, gas station, surf shop, restaurants. We also biked to Seaside which was fun. The property was extremely clean and well maintained and the management communicated quickly with us. Highly recommend!

Benchmark management was GREAT helping us find the condo we stayed in. It was comfortable, clean, close to the beach and a great deal.The pool was nice but the lounge chairs needed a good cleaning , some tables and a few more chairs would be a nice addition. Other than that, it was a great stay! Benchmark reached out several times to make sure our stay was going well. Highly Recommend!

Very good experience overall with the management company and the condo we stayed in was fantastic—clean, beautiful, perfectly maintained, had everything there that was noted in the listing, very comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again!

My mom and I went for a two night getaway stay. It was absolutely perfect and gorgeous. Our bottom floor condo had a great view of the ocean and a quick walk to get to it. 5+ stars.

This condo was the perfect location and such a comfy stay for a much needed weekend away to relax! We were able to easily walk down to the beach each day as well as to restaurants. Not to mention, the condo was clean and extremely cozy.

What a stay! The views were gorgeous and the space was perfect. We used the pullout couch for one of the beds and the extra linens had spots on them but nothing terrible. Other than that, it was fabulous.
Side note: the resort elevators can be VERY slow so be patient.

Sadly I didn’t make the trip to Beachcrest this time with my niece and her husband from England. They had the most amazing time staying in Beachcrest 804. The Condo was superb and had everything they needed, evenings were spent on the balcony after a relaxing day on the beautiful beach. Certainly a vacation to remember!

My family loved our stay, for 6 adults and 1 infant there was beyond enough space!
The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, mugs, glasses, and anything else we could need. The bathrooms were spotless and the beds were very comfortable with fluffy pillows. I also appreciated the TVs in each bedroom!
The pictures don’t show it, but there are loungers by the pool to lay out on so you don’t have to move the chairs from the fire pit. There was also an outdoor storage box that had floats, boogie boards, and beach chairs!
The host was incredibly helpful and responsive as well! The pool was overflowing a bit when we showed up and they sent two people out within an hour to fix it.
It is a 5min walk to the beach, so walking loaded down with chairs and bags for a day at the beach was no problem! The neighborhood was also quiet and peaceful.
We loved our stay and will definitely come back for our next trip!

It was in a very nice neighborhood. House was very nice and clean- we ran out of toilet paper and trash bags pretty quickly but other than that everything was great! Would book through them again.
