This place was perfect for our family beach getaway. The beach access was just a 2 min walk away. Great restaurants near the location and just a 12 mins bike ride to the food trucks and downtown. Balcony was perfect for coffee and soaking up the sun. Rooms were clean and they had everything we needed. Nature walks were nearby and pool access was easy to get to. We really enjoyed this place and look forward to booking this place again.

The best beach AirBnB. The place was spotless, check-in and check-out was very smooth. Central location to everything on 30A and great price. The host was very responsive, and they shared an entire booklet which included coupons for attractions. I will definitely be booking with them again!

Rented the unit for spring break. Plenty of space. Really liked that the majority of bedrooms were on first floor, as one of the people had issues with stairs so made it convenient.

We stayed at 139 N Ryan St for Spring Break and overall had a really great experience. The location is honestly one of the best parts of this property. It’s in a perfect spot for biking and getting around easily. We rode our bikes to Seaside and several nearby restaurants and shops, which made the whole trip feel very relaxed and convenient. Being able to leave the car parked and explore the area on bikes was a huge plus for us.
The home itself was comfortable and worked well for our group. It had everything we needed for our stay and was a great place to come back to after a day at the beach or riding around 30A. The area felt safe, quiet, and very accessible to everything we wanted to do.
Benchmark was also easy to work with and responsive when needed, which always makes the experience smoother.
Overall, we had a wonderful Spring Break trip and would definitely consider staying here again, especially because of how great the location is.

Seabreeze on 30A is a fantastic home! Plenty of space, fully outfitted kitchen and the outdoor space is out of this world! Especially the pool and hot tub which were perfect for a relaxing evening. Benchmark’s staff was very attentive and helpful with all our needs. 10/10 highly recommend. Already planning out next trip back:)

The cleanest airbnb I have ever stayed in on the beach! The floors were vacuumed, sweeped, and mopped before we arrived. Everything was clean and the check in was very easy. They respond back very quickly, which is very helpful. They also had a smart TV, which was nice. Great location. Will definitely be booking with them again, I recommend!

Stayed at Eastern Shores 215 for the week. Benchmark staff was incredibly attentive and reached out regularly. I had a couple of inquiries and each of them were answered within minutes. The unit was very clean and the environment was extremely safe and quiet. Perfect time well spent.

The place was great, clean, spacious, modern. Conveniently located near the beach and restaurants. The only suggestion I have is to double check where the GPS takes you, I has trouble locating the property originally. And clearer direction on where the unit is located would be helpful.

We stayed at turtle beach 55 nature way #100 and it was amazing! Management was great. We had no issues. Everything was clean and perfect. The beach access was great too!!

This property was excellent for our bachelorette group! We were 12 total and had extra beds and space. The layout of the property was great and we were all comfortable. Best of all, we were within walking distance or a quick bike ride to all places we wanted to visit!

Just a heads up that you can hear through the ceiling. They are made of concrete but if the people above are heavy walkers then you’ll hear it at 1:30 in the morning.
When I asked if they could do something they text me back saying I could take care of it by calling a none emergency phone number.
The guests out at the beach were loud and played music.
I don’t feel like I was completely at 30A this time where it should be a little bit more relaxed.

This was the perfect home for my bachelorette! There were plenty of beds and enough showers for a group of girls to get ready! The pool was awesome and we were able to heat it which was awesome. It was a short walk to the beach and a quick drive into town.

Stayed here for my Bachelorette trip and it was so perfect! We had 11 people and everyone fit very comfortably. Very responsive host!! Being on the beach was just amazing! I highly recommend!

My stay at Tidewater Condos in Panama City Beach was absolutely amazing! The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfectly located right on the beach. The views from the condo were incredible, and having direct beach access made the experience even better. Benchmark Management did a fantastic job making everything smooth and stress-free. The check-in process was simple, communication was clear, and the condo itself was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The amenities were great too multiple pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, and easy beach access. Everything was convenient and made the trip feel like a true vacation. If you’re looking for a relaxing, comfortable place to stay in Panama City Beach, I highly recommend Tidewater Condos managed by Benchmark. I would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in your condo very much. It was clean. It was cute, it was everything we needed. Having the washer and dryer was very convenient. Location was great thank you we are a very satisfied.

When we first booked this house, I was honestly a little skeptical given there was only one review and was unsure how responsive or helpful a property management company would be with questions or issues during our stay… all of those worries were completely unfounded! The house was exactly as shown in photos and the property mgmt team was incredibly responsive to questions/minor issues. Only wish more trash bags and paper towels/toilet paper were provided given our longer stay, but we were able to quickly grab some at Publix. Oh! And the walk to the beach was even closer and quicker than expected! Definitely will stay again!

Lovely location as pictured on the ocean. Everything in the condo was nice and clean as were the pool and beach areas. It was super helpful to have the chairs and umbrellas set up on the beach so we didn’t have to bring our own chairs. We took advantage of the bike rentals and we were able to get everywhere we wanted on two wheels. Delightful trip!

It was very easy to communicate with the host and the place was very clean. There were a lot of standard things already in the house that you would need! It’s a very close walk to the beach! The turf by the pool was so convenient! You walk in with nothing on your feet. We had a great experience here.
