We had a wonderful stay at this rental home in Inlet Beach. The property itself was immaculate—very clean, well-maintained, and exactly what you’d hope for in a relaxing vacation spot. The location was a huge highlight, just a short walk to the beach, which made everything so convenient and enjoyable. There were a few minor things worth noting. The carpet in each bedroom had some visible stains, which didn’t ruin our stay but could use a little attention to match the overall cleanliness of the home. That said, the experience overall was fantastic. The value for the price felt absolutely worth it, especially considering the location and comfort of the house. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back again in the future.

We loved staying at Crystal Sands resort. Perfectly located with a gorgeous view. Our condo was nicely decorated in a beach theme. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The property management company should double the provided toilet paper and paper towels provided for large groups who rent the home.

I had the best view of the gulf and sunset from this balcony. Having an unobstructed view of the gulf from my bed every morning was the best part of my stay. I didn't like that I had to leave so soon. I have no complaints.

The property was very clean, comfortable high enough that you didn’t have to look at the people below unless you look down there there was sea life out in the water, which we could see it was an excellent choice

Benchmark management was very responsive and provided us with everything we needed for our stay. We loved our condo in Cassine Gardens which was clean, comfortable, and had a fully stocked kitchen. We highly recommend this management company.

We stayed on the 10th floor of BeachCrest, in a beautiful gulf-front newly renovated condo. We were a bit unhappy when the elevator renovation noise came into our condo (MUCH louder then the underplayed mention on the condo description.) We contacted Benchmark 30A management who assured us the next day would be less. Eventually they credited us their booking fee, which was absolutely fair and we were satisfied. The noise stopped after a couple of days. When we needed a few items (blankets, etc.) they were quickly supplied. Communication was good. I left behind my iPad on departure and they went above and beyond to get it shipped back to me. I would stay in the same place again in a minute. The beach was one of the most beautiful I have ever seen and one could walk it for miles in either direction. The BeachCrest building is older, but one of only 2 high rises along the entire stretch of beach. The view was unbeatable. The only negative I can mention is that they are VERY "thrifty" on basic supplies. I would suggest the management company supply a little more paper towel, TP, laundry and dishwasher detergent, shampoo, etc. It leaves a bad impression having skimpy supplies. Also, leave some coffee filters. If the guests get in late and can't make coffee in the morning, that's a bummer! So, if you are staying here, bring or purchase coffee filters if you, like me, wake up wanting your cup of coffee! All in all, well managed property!

Communication with the management company was excellent. Upon arrival the villa was clean, kitchen is very well stocked. Location is great, close to the beach and plenty of restaurants/shopping. The only item of note is the picture in the listing of the beach & ocean, that particular beach area is private, and you can only access the “wet sand” from there for walking purposes (no setting up chairs, blankets, etc.). However, there is a public beach up the street that’s also accessible and walkable, only slightly further. Definitely didn’t hamper the trip, just something to be aware of. Also, while the Villa is dog friendly, you do need a permit to have a dog on the beach, available only to local residents.

Location was amazing! Super clean! Everything we needed in the kitchen. Just bring extra dish soap and laundry detergent if you want to do more than one load. But worked well for us. Updated and beautiful condo! Highly recommend.

Very clean and spacious. Lots of extra stuff that was helpful during our stay. Beach chairs, beach cart, fans. The only slight issue I would say that was a negative is where the private beach use is was about 1/4 mile walk north. It’s such a same that the beach you see on the photos is private and was empty and you had to walk further down to a crowded beach. Other than that everything was great. Would definitely come back.

Everything was as I remembered (except the beach access was a little further away....I think someone purchased the land we used to cross to the beach). Beds slept well; showers were good; appliances and supplies worked well / were plenty. (There were no dish towels or kitchen rags, but we had brought our own, so all was fine.) My family and I enjoyed game nights at the large table, watched some Netflix, rode bikes near and far, spent three wonderful days on the sunny beach, and had a wonderful experience during our vacation. I hope to go back again someday. It feels like home.

Pet friendly. Convenient location to beach & amenities. Quiet & beautiful beaches & good restaurants nearby. Some close areas of beach were supposedly private. We got booted immediately at location right by boardwalk entrance which was confusing🤨

We enjoyed staying at this property the pool was beautiful and close to the big chill. The golf cart was so fun to use and get around in! We already rebooked for next year! Only thing I would say the grill needs to be professionally cleaned or replaced we were bummed we couldn’t use it but still had a wonder time!
