I just spent a week in Seagrove Beach in newly decorated unit 103. It was a beautiful place to stay while traveling with my daughter and 4 grandchildren. This is a first floor unit and was wonderful. The children could go just outside the door and play in a fenced in grassy area where they could be watched while we were preparing dinner. It was great for them to have a place to play and release some energy!!! Also, with the first floor, there is no need for the elevator. Just walk out of the condo and head straight to the beach!

We had an issue with the coffee pot not working and Benchmark brought us a new one quickly. The sinks drained slowly but it wasn’t a big problem. Other than that, no complaints at all!

It was so nice to the watercolor publix and seaside shopping. I highly recommend eating at the perfect pig. Even though my original condo I booked got canceled benchmark made it right and was able to get me in here. I also loved how easy it was to get in and to check out.

We had the pleasure of staying at this condo, unfortunately for only one night. The room was very clean and very comfy. We were on the 12th floor so we had an exceptional view of the beach. We will 100% be returning for a longer stay. Benchmark has great response times as well!

Location was right across street from beach with public beach access easily accessible with a nice boardwalk. Unit was a good size for our family. Kitchen had all supplies needed. Floors could have used a better scrub and bathroom could use more towel hooks or bars to hang bath towels, but overall we enjoyed our stay!!

Reviewer Comments: Our stay at A Whale's Tale in Florida was an absolute delight, and we can't recommend it enough!The location was a dream – just a quick 6-minute drive to Santa Clara RBA (hello, easy parking!) and even closer to all the fantastic Seaside restaurants. Being within walking distance to Publix and the Dragonfly pool was incredibly convenient for our family.Inside, the home truly shone. The spacious bedrooms, kitchen, and living areas meant our group’s four kids had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy themselves without ever feeling on top of the adults. It was a perfect setup for relaxation and fun!We were also thoroughly impressed with Benchmark. Their team was incredibly communicative and responsive to all our questions, and a huge bonus was that our property was ready even earlier than expected – truly fabulous!We would absolutely love to stay here again on our next Florida getaway!

The private beach and ability to stay away from the crowds was exactly what we needed. I would stay here again. The home itself we loved, the resort, the pool all of very clean, friendly people, 10/10. The ONLY downside was the poor communication from management. There is a locked gate, we didn't know about so, we had to call and get the code while blocking the entrance. The gate code changed three times while we were there, and no one ever informed us. There is a pedestrian gate, we never knew about, there are no maps, no communication on where the home was located inside the resort and it took us a while to find it because there was also no office staff, the communicated company for beach rentals was also wrong, the had a display in the home with a number to rent beach chairs, wrong. There are no cleaning implements, no brooms, no dustpans...if you are bringing kids with you, you know sand, so a broom would have been nice. It says "free tickets" that is also not true.

We stayed at a home they manage in Grayton beach. The house was great for us. We had 4 adults and 2 kids but had room to spare. What really sets Benchmark apart was their customer service. They emailed and texted several times leading up to the trip and during to make sure we were all squared away and enjoying ourselves. Their customer service is available 24-7 which was great and they were very friendly.

You do have to get out early to get the beach chairs that are included due to how the beach service works. The condo is on the second floor and right above the pool. We didn’t have any noise issues, however.

It was stocked with everything you needed, from kitchenware to all beach equipment. My family and I had a great stay here. We were even ale to extend our stay another day! I highly recommend and hope this condo is available the next time in Panama City Beach.
