We had a wonderful stay in 902. The condo is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The view is stunning and the beach is too! You can't beat the location, being near to many restaurants and shopping. Benchmark was great to work with and kept in touch to be sure everything was going well.

We loved staying on the first floor, easy access to the beach! Great location on 30A, easy to bike where we wanted too. Beautiful updated rental and Benchmark communicated wonderfully. I had lots of questions/hesitations regarding coming several days after the hurricane and they texted back right away. Already thinking about when we can come back!

This place was PERFECT for a quick weekend getaway for my little family. Our daughter loved the 2 pools and arcade (honestly, we did too). The heated pool inside was so nice as a cold front came in during our weekend here. The pool areas were massive and the on-site restaurant was another plus. We really didn’t have to go far for anything we wanted, and the staff there were so friendly. Some people complained about the elevators, but this room is on the corner and we found using that end elevator was so much faster. We will absolutely be back—this room was a great little escape for us and was much needed. Thank you!

We’ve stayed numerous times at Emerald Hills in Seagrove Beach and have always been satisfied with the accommodations. The studio room, Emerald Hills 23, had everything the two of us needed. It was clean, had enough supplies, and the arrangements were well thought out.

This is a lovely condo. It is decorated very nicely. We really enjoyed our stay here. The beach is in walking distance to the beach. It is close to restaurants and shopping. It’s in a great location. I highly recommend the condo.

Our stay with Benchmark Management was exceptional! They were incredibly kind, attended to every need we had in a timely manner and the communication throughout the trip was awesome! Our condo was clean and well stocked with plenty of starter kits (detergent, soap, toiletries, etc.). Check-in and check out were seamless. We can’t wait to book with them again next year!

Overall, this rental had everything we needed, including beach chairs and a fully loaded kitchen. Clean, cozy, quiet and relaxing!
It took me 2 days to learn the washer and dryer was on the back porch in a storage closet, but everything worked out and was wonderful!

Loved the location and the amentities. House is a little older and is starting to show some wear like pealing wallpaper but it was perfect for our needs and the wear made it feel more like home. The location was perfect and we loved the garage with the golf cart and the bikes. We will definitely be back and will stay at the Ocean Pearl again. Benchmark Management was very nice and communication was easy.

Great stay, the management team was very responsive when we needed the floors recleaned as our feet were black upon arrival. Easy beach access with beautiful views of the Gulf, my only complaint is the primary bathroom toilet had no toilet lid, just the seat which was a little odd and felt very commercial like but I’d absolutely stay here again!

We have stayed at Cassine Station a few times now and consider it our “go-to”. The proximity to beach is amazing and there are many great restaurants in the area, some within walking distance. Groceries, walking trails, bike rentals, etc are also very close by. This unit was very clean when we arrived and Benchmark was great to communicate with.

Cake Cottage is a lovely beach house. It suited our family perfectly. The kids loved the bunk room. This home is well maintained and clean. The management company was very responsive to any questions we had. The construction next door was an inconvenience but we managed to work around it. But because of construction the garbage was not picked up the first day and the second pick up day we had to walk it over to the garbage truck 3 houses down. 4-6 additional vehicles parked in that small culdesac is just a lot. Fortunately the driveway accommodated all our vehicles. The golf cart saved the trip. There is not enough parking in the parking lot closest to the beach. Beach access is great though. No steps!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo had beautiful views and was in a great location, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The team at Benchmark was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Their customer service really stood out and made the experience even better. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely consider staying again. Highly recommend!

Condo was amazing start to finish! Smelled amazing when we entered and had most everything we needed for the week. We did have to leave two days early because of hurricane Isaias and are pleasantly surprised that Benchmark refunded those two days! We really appreciated that!! We would absolutely stay here again! Note: there are stairs that go down to unit 5 so just know it isn’t ground level.

We loved the house and the pool! The walk to the beach wasn’t far at all. We did notice a few things in the house that weren’t clean, but that was on the cleaning crew. Overall great time!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The property description was accurate, and the location was fantastic. Shops, an ice cream shop, a pizzeria, and the ocean were all within walking distance, which made everything so convenient. The property was very well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, and the customer service was excellent. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this property to our friends and family. We made wonderful memories with my family and can't wait to come back!

Wonderful stay! Great for 8 people. Loved the home and layout was great for our needs. The beach was a quick golf cart ride away. It rained most of the week, but we still were able to enjoy our time at the beach. We made use of the puzzles in the home, the golf cart and the pool. Would stay again!

Excellent find, found it on a last minute occasion. The place was great for our family, very clean, and a convenient location.
