We had a truly wonderful vacation. The views from the balcony are majestic, and it's clean and beautifully decorated. It is a friendly area close to everything you need. We had easy access to the beach and pool for the little ones. An elevator (and garage) for grandpa. We rented bikes close by and peddled over to Seaside and also to Rosemary Beach. This is absolutely a beautiful area!

Great stay! The unit was very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. We had a few things we needed to address with management as far as the pool code and the washer and they were quick to respond and helpful. The chair service was so wonderful!

Phenomenal stay at Calypso 3 2306. Very clean condo. Great views. Incredible location. Didn’t get in the car once and was able to find a new dinner spot and evening activity each of the 5 nights. This was huge with 2 toddlers. Would recommend to anyone and will be coming back next year.

This was our second year to work with Benchmark Management for our 30A condo. They were so attentive with each step of the checking process, checking in on us through our stay, and what to expect at checkout. They were. Text away if any questions were to arise. We absolutely recommend Benchmark Management to anyone looking to rent a Florida vacation!! They are truly wonderful!!

We just spent a wonderful long holiday weekend at Tidewater in PCB. The unit was exactly as described and the view from the double balcony was amazing. Communication from Benchmark was thorough and prompt, and we were easily ablet to get in touch with them when we needed to. They made the process so easy! We would absolutely book with Benchmark again in the future.

First time booking a house instead of a condo and we loved it! The house was very clean and very well equipped with all your necessities for your beach vacation for example, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, and beach toys for the littles. The golf cart was great to have to transport us around. Would definitely recommend this house for your Miramar Beach vacation.

Condo was very clean and in a great location for our activities. Beach is in walking distance but close to 15-20 min crossing just one main road. We chose to drive to the beach since we had so much stuff to carry. Parking was very limited there. Not too Crowded. Condo was comfortable and had plenty places to sit for 4 adults. The beds were comfortable with plenty closet and drawer space to put things away. Kitchen had all the basic equipment except for a crockpot or storage containers for leftover food. However, we mostly ate out anyway. The pool was very convenient and hardly used by others. We were always able to get a parking space by our door and there was even a hose outside to rinse off the sand before entering unit. This was a good time of year to visit!

Great experience booking with Benchmark. Easy check-in. The unit was clean and beautifully decorated. My husband and I love this location. We have stayed at Crystal Sands several times and I will definitely rebook this unit.

The condo at Beachcrest was exactly what we expected. Communication from Benchmark was timely and checkin/checkout was simple, even after hours. The condo amenities we great and the included beach chairs and umbrella made time at the beach pleasant.

It was a great stay one thing that we would give feedback on is the Blinds to sliding Glass doors needs replaced there are gaps and people can see in at night! Other than that it was great.

Perfect house for a vacation with your girlfriends! Had the best time ever at this location, great proximity to the beach and all shopping! Loved it so much. Management was very helpful and always checking in to make sure everything is okay

We really enjoyed our stay with Benchmark management! The house was extremely clean and homey. It is a quick walk across the road to beach access. Everyone in our party had plenty of space to be comfortable. The only downside was that the bikes were not for guest use and there was only two rolls of toilet paper to share between 5 girls and 3 nights. Other than that we loved it and would stay again!

Our long weekend getaway was perfect. The view was exactly as pictured. The condo was nice, clean and spacious. The private beach was fantastic, the hired hands were kind and attentive. We had the best time.
