We loved our stay! The house was in a great location, close to everything and was beautiful.

Very clean, great sleeping arrangements for a family, prompt and courteous service for minor maintenance issues, easy beach access, heated pool was the perfect temp!

This townhome was absolutely perfect! Spotlessly clean, quiet, and tucked away from the hustle—yet still close to everything. The layout was ideal for our family: our 13-year-old loved having a private bedroom with a door, and we appreciated the private bath with a separate toilet room and a gorgeous walk-in closet-style shower (hello, spa vibes and dreamy water pressure!). The space was full of light with beautiful windows, high ceilings, crown molding, and a modern beachy farmhouse feel. The balcony was bug-free (yay!) and the entire home felt spacious and peaceful. We loved the included golf cart and bikes—it made exploring Rosemary and the Big Chill so easy. The neighborhood felt very safe for our teen to ride around. And as a bonus, it was super pet-friendly, complete with a cozy dog bed our pups adored. Truly had all the comforts of home. We can't wait to come back!

Loved everything about our stay at Emerald Hill #9. Can’t beat this view! Benchmark was a great company to rent through. We had 2 very small issues (fan and dryer lent trap) maintenance was there so quickly to resolve both! I really appreciated that. Highly recommend this rental company, we will be using them again.

The walk to the beach was rough, there was a free trolley but to get to the ocean you had to walk a pretty far ways through the sand either way you went. The cleanliness of the property was okay. The floors were slightly dirty, we had to wash most of the dishes prior to using any, there was hair on some of the Lenin’s, and there was a large stain on one of the pillow cases that looked like spaghetti sauce. There was also a lot of confusion about parking. We understood there were two passes provided, but we had a third vehicle. It took 5 phone calls and a tow notice for us to understand that the “overfill” spots were not overfill and needed a pass as well. Any other cars had to be parked about ten minutes away at a self storage facility. Had we known this we would have planned better.

The screened in porch looking over the bay was our favorite spot the entire vacation. There were so many comfortable seating options for lounging and relaxing. We loved that the dock was lit up at night so we could see the fish in the water. Dock of the Bay was so clean and comfortable and close to the beach and restaurants. It was a perfect stay for our families and we can’t wait to go back!

The kiddies enjoyed the pool immensely, more than the beach, but still we spent some relaxing time playing in the sand and waves. The beach access is simple and short. The outdoor shower made rinsing easy. There is a grill, which I took advantage of by grilling chicken, then burgers and dogs.The house was clean & odor free, I loved the bed I used, and there were no complaints about the rooms or facilities from the families. Although there are TV’s in each room, very little use was made of them except for the toddler shows.We made all our meals on the electric stove with the good cookware present. Fortunately, we took our rice cooker with us. Plenty of bowls for salads, glasses, flatware & utensils. All-in-all, we had a wonderful time and plan to repeat the visit next chance we get.

Stayed at a 4 bed 3 bath house in Panama City Beach in the Sunnyside beach area. We had a great experience with not one single,e issue with the house. Very clean and nice. Pool was great and all the furniture nice and super clean and modern. We couldn’t be more satisfied. Thank you for the great place to stay while vacationing!

Absolutely the best! Super clean condo and all of our extended family had plenty of room. Beach access immediately outside and the pool was bonus. We will certainly use this great company again.

We loved our trip and working with Benchmark made everything smooth and easy. They are super responsive and helpful, from the time we booked until we checked out. The condo was amazing, clean, homey, nicely decorated, great views and great location in Seacrest. The gated parking was nice and the beach access was great. The property was perfect for our long weekend! We loved the location, the pool was fantastic, we loved being able to bring our dog, and the price was good too. For a long weekend, it was just fine for four adults, but had we stayed a full week I feel like it would’ve been too small.

The condo was very nice and clean! Everything looked updated and we really enjoyed staying there. I would recommend this place to anyone who doesn't mind being off of the beach. It was still close to beach with various restaurants near beach. Although shuttle service was down for us that would be the best way to go when staying. Overall is was fantastic!

Peaceful area. Being in law enforcement I stay on guard, this area and home left me feeling at peace. Without a doubt the safest area I have ever stayed in all my travels. Wading through the water to get to the beach was not a hinder for us but can see how it would be for others, there are other passageways to get to the beach though. Was blown away that everyone just left the things on the wharf and nothing stolen. Again really a safe place.

This was a great property. The description is accurate. The location & amenities were amazing. I Highly recommend this place. The place was really clean. The master bedroom shower is great. The two beds in the second bedroom was so convenient for my son and his friend to stay. The property has a market and a restaurant on site. A gym as well. I really enjoyed my stay. I stayed for a week and it was relaxing. When we come back to Panama City, I will definitely look to see if the space is available. They had a bunch of beach equipment to use, which was really convenient!

The employees were quick to answer question about the gate code entry. Upon entering the home, all of the bedrooms and baths on the first floor were clean and stocked. On the second floor, the living room furniture was very comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked with all items needed to cook. The primary bedroom and bath were spacious and well appointed. Just a tip for anyone renting the house, the balcony doors will appear not not lock if you open them. You have to close door and lift handle upward to engage lock then turn deadbolt. If you do not pull handle upward, the lock will not lock. This information would have been beneficial ahead of time. The laundry was sufficient for our needs. On the third floor, the bedroom and bath were both a nice size and the bar and fridge was helpful as the guest did not have to go downstairs to get drinks. The house is great for sleeping several people. The house does show some normal wear on the paint, but this did not deter from the beauty of the home or the area. It was conveniently located to several beach options within 10 min walk. There was a cute coffee/ice cream shop within a quick walk. Overall the home and area was such a nice place to stay.
