We had a wonderful stay at Beachside Villas! Our condo accommodated our family group of 8, ages 1 to 71, so well. The shuttle to the beach was so helpful and Ms. Charlotte and Mr. Mark were so helpful and friendly. This is our second time staying at Beachside Villas, and we plan on coming back again. The condo was clean comfortable and well appointed, we cooked breakfast and supper each day and the kitchen had everything we needed. All the staff is helpful and professional!

Had a great time Pinnacle Port b2306 room was Super clean look like new appliances nicely decorated highly recommend. Have stayed at several places there this was the best.

10/10 highly recommend booking with Benchmark and staying at Beachcrest!! Benchmark was sooo helpful and assisted me with all my needs. The reached out before my stay, during, and after!! Will most definitely be booking with them again!!

I love where we stayed at Beachcrest. The management company responded timely to all questions and were very friendly. The beach wasnt over crowded and was very relaxing. Traffic wasnt congested and we were able to walk to places for coffee and dining. I will return again.......wish I could've stayed longer.

We stayed at Edgewater Villa 707. It was a very nicely furnished villa, close to the tram stop as well as a pool. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Our stay in 805 was awesome! Great location, great communication from the management company and well maintained unit. We had a spotless beach with chairs and umbrella, clean pool, great shops and restaurants nearby and what a view!!

It had plenty to do there. The light show was really nice as well. The elevators stayed busy. We always had a waiting period. Did not know the parking pass was extra until we got there.

We had a wonderful stay at this Brown St, Seagrove Beach property. The location was very convenient to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the water and spend time with our family. The house was a great fit for our group, including our grandchildern (9 months & 3yrs old) with plenty of space and a comfortable layout for everyone. The only challenge during our stay was the ongoing construction in the area. The external construction workers and equipment occasionally made it a bit difficult to move our car around and navigate the neighborhood. Overall, we were very pleased with the property and our experience. We would definitely recommend this rental to friends and family looking for a comfortable place to stay near the beach in Seagrove Beach, FL

The home was very comfortable. Walking distance to the beach and to several restaurants. Kenny D’s was one of our favorite restaurants and it was an 18 minute walk.
The house was clean and had all the essentials needed for the stay. We appreciated the extra things like foil, plastic wrap, and bags in the kitchen, as well as cleaning supplies, Mop and broom. The area was quiet and the pool was nice. We had our own parking space right in front of the home,which was very much appreciated. The home layout was very comfortable and functional lots of linens and well cleaned.
The host was responsive and very nice
This was one of our favorite stays in Florida - Destin area

Counting the days until we can return. There was nothing negative about our stay in this condominium whatsoever. Even climbing the flights of stairs was a blessing. Rented an electric bike for my stay, which allowed for quick access everywhere. My husband enjoyed riding his surfski on the waves with very easy beach access. My happy place was either on the balcony reading / observing my beautiful environment, or sitting in my beach chair at the day's end, reading. Truly, I can hardly wait to return. Am starting to save my $$$$$ now. Management by Benchmark is always prompt and professional and friendly. I value them.

House is older but charming. We were very, very comfortable with 6 people. It was clean and cozy. The location is absolutely perfect! Quick, easy walk to beach and Seaside. Beach was maybe a 5 minute walk and Seaside 10-15 minutes. Felt safe as well. Grocery store is 5 minute drive away. Only issue is driveway, when it rains it is a slippery, muddy (clay) mess. Otherwise, we would definitely stay here again!! We loved it!

Second stay at Beachcrest, different unit this time. Love the oceanfront location and pool. Staff is on-site which is really nice if you have any questions. Full kitchen and in-unit laundry which was really helpful. Virtually no noise at night, which was great for our little ones. Nice, central location with ideal proximity to all of 30A. Highly recommend!

The property was very nice, however the parking lot needs some looking into, when it rains the lot floods, maybe add some drainage and also the elevator was leaking water from above that seems like a real safety issue. Other than that everything thing else was exceptional.

This condo was perfect for our family. It had newer appliances, felt very clean and you are on the beach, which is amazing. We loved the cozy decor and comfortable furniture. You don’t get to check in early, even if it’s empty and ready, because of thr automated time that resets the lock code. This was a bummer, as we sat outside the door for an hour waiting to get in, but it wasn’t a problem. It’s a 10-minute great bike ride to Seaside. The bike ride to Rosemary Beach is doable, but not easy on a hot day. You are close to a great organic cafe and donut shop. We loved this condo and hope to book it again in the future!

We recently stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and had a wonderful time! The property was clean and only steps away from the beach. The complementary beach chair service was wonderful as well. There was so much to do in the area and everything was so quaint and charming. Does not feel like a busy spring break destination at all. Very relaxing. Overall had a wonderful stay at this property and would definitely come back!

My husband and I came here on our baboon and it was perfect for me. A beach front sliding door that opens up the a short path leading to the beach access stairs. It wasn’t a far walk at all and exactly what I needed in my third trimester. Checking in was super easy (we were even able to check in 45 minutes early). The space was the perfect size for a couple. We may come back when we have our baby! Super close to the Seaside shops. If I weren’t pregnant I would have biked there daily. Overall great experience!!

We loved this property! The house has so much space and we loved the rooftop area! This is our second year staying in the Twin Palms property and it never disappoints. The Location is great! Lots of shops and restaurants around and very close to the beach access.
