We had a great time. They were very responsive any time we had a question. My toddler had locked himself in a closet and we couldn’t get him out, we contacted the company and they were quick to try and get us help. Luckily my husband was able to get the door unlocked and get him out before they came, but we appreciated them helping. The house was beautiful and fully stocked. The pool was awesome. We will definitely be back

Great little condo, fully equipped, with a lake view to see the nightly light show. The walk to the beach was short and easy and the pools were great! The elevators were busy, as we already knew they would be, but with this unit being on the third floor we took the stairs often. Fantastic experience!

Our family had an amazing stay. The house honestly exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, and having the golf cart made getting to the beach incredibly easy. The nearest public beach access has a shallow sandbar that extends about 30 feet into the water, which was a huge plus for us because our kids could play and enjoy the ocean with a little more peace of mind.
The house itself was spotless and very well maintained. We really liked that every bedroom had its own bathroom, and the high ceilings made the entire home feel open and spacious. The outdoor shower by the garage was great for rinsing off after the beach, and the kitchen was modern, roomy, and had everything we needed. The patio layout was also well thought out,it made it easy to go back and forth between the kitchen, grill, and pool. The pool isn’t huge, but it’s the perfect size for cooling off, relaxing, and letting the kids have fun.

We absolutely love Beachcrest! It’s a clean, quiet and beautiful property. Love being able to sit on the balcony and watch the amazing views of the pristine, quiet beach from our rental. We had no problems at all with our place and we definitely plan on staying again soon!

It super close to the beach and a great place to stay for the week. Lots of restaurants in driving distance. My kids loved the golf cart service to the beach. Would stay again.

The property is conveniently located just a short walk from the beach and has beautiful, well-maintained grounds with several pools. The unit had plenty of sleeping space and enough towels for everyone, and the bed linens were clean and fresh. The host was very responsive, quick to answer any questions, and always willing to help. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely love to come back!

Perfect beach family vacation! Great place to stay. The backyard and pool area is perfect with lots of privacy. Lots of outdoor sitting to enjoy the views. Would stay here again.

This was an incredible property and provided an amazing stay for our group! We visit this area nearly every year but this was probably our best trip yet. The home is in a nice, well-kept, quiet and gated community but with convenient access to both the Scenic Gulf Dr and Emerald Coast Pkwy. When first booking, we were initially concerned about the walking distance to the beach access but figured for the value we’d just make the most of it. However, when we arrived we were elated to find the property came with a large 6-seater golf cart that made the dreaded hikes to the beach a breeze! Also made for some awesome evening rides for dinner and ice cream! Place was very spacious and clean and the private pool was fantastic for the kiddos when they got tired of the beach. We normally never stay at the same place twice, but this is one I am definitely pinning for future trips! Highly recommend!

This was our first time staying at Sandcliffs & most definitely will not be the last. Our family stayed in a 2 bedroom unit. The laundry was inside of the unit which isn't common in the units as a whole, so that was a plus. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms were clean, and the furniture was decent. We loved the oceanfront balcony that overlooked the pool, green grass, and you could see the ocean for miles! The actual complex is very quiet & clean! The beach is private allowing for ample space & privacy! We took a tent and our own chairs, but beach service was available through La Dolce Vita. The pool area was loaded with chairs/tables/umbrellas. The only slightly negative factor was the elevator is on the smaller side & not very updated, so we walked the stairs as much as possible. The trash chute is right outside of unit 415, so it was easy to dispose of trash. We will 100% be booking here again! We were so sad to leave!

We stayed at the Emerald Hills condos in unit 13. Everything about our stay was fantastic, but the view from the first floor balcony was the real star of the show! The property itself was well maintained, our unit was clean, and management was very responsive and communicated well! Added bonus, the property is on a private beach with private beach access. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

we had a wonderful time however the only downside is the condo in front on the actual beach was kind of rude about their beach area when we used the walkway/beach access to get to the beach. as I understand the sand is there’s they were very pushy about us getting off of the sand so just keep in mind using the shuttle to the public access will be your best bet.

We stay at The Palms 1x a month from May til Sept if we can get away. Minimum of 3 trips to Seagrove. Gulf view rooms are great & this one was great in decor & bed so nee & not like some others that are too worn.

We really enjoyed our stay! We were very close to the beach so the location is great. The pool is literally right behind the house so that was convenient to walk out the back door, but still quiet after 10 once the pool closes. The beds are comfortable and the kids area was perfect for our family. The main living area with the kitchen is on the second floor and the master and other bedrooms are on the 3rd floor. The kids bunk room is on the bottom, so it was a lot carrying groceries and luggage up at first but you get use to it. But if you are not able to do a lot of stairs this might not be the right set up for some families. We had a couple of minor issues but the host was responsive and took care of them. Overall a great location!

We stayed at the Bellagio which was perfect for our family as it has rooms for 20 people. The house is spacious yet cozy. The seating arrangements for meals were great. Two picnic style tables with room for 8 /table, plus 5 high top chairs at the kitchen island. A drink refrigerater, an ice maker and plenty of pantry shelves were a plus as well. One of the bedrooms was located above the carriage house which also had pool table and kitchen. It was the perfect place for the bachelors in our family to congregate. The pool was clean and the short walk down the steps to the Gulf was a plus. There is a Publix right down the road, so shopping via Instacart and having groceries delivered was very handy. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

It’s a nice place right on the beach. Just a short walk down some stairs and you’re there. The grass backyard is nice. I recommend staying here if you’re in between staying at a huge house or a crowded condo.

We enjoyed our stay as much as possible with Bertha rolling in. The condo was cozy and had everything we could need! It was perfect for our family of 4. The host was proactive on trash day and check out instructions. Would def come back!

House was bigger than the pictures seem. The turf was definitely a life saver from dragging debris inside. Overall would stay here again. The pool did need a good cleaning.

112B was a great stay for my family of 5 for 5 nights. My kids absolutely loved the views and how convenient it was to be steps away from the beach. They also loved how the pool was right out the front door. Kitchen had everything you need to cook. AC was good as long as you keep the doors closed. Location is good. The complementary chairs and umbrella on the beach is a plus. The host is super helpful and responsive if you need anything. I truly don’t think there’s anything we’d choose differently about this condo. We will definitely be booking this room again. Can’t wait!

This house was beautiful. We loved having so many bathrooms with showers. Made showering after the beach convenient. The beach and local shops and restaurants were so close. Having the golf cart was very useful to get to the beach and shops. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood.
