Great location and property was clean

Perfect location close to everything. Great communication with management. This was our second time staying at this location and we will be back!

Only got to stay a few nights but had a great time. Can’t wait for our next trip to Newport Beach

Given I have young children, I loved that this house had a higher fence in the patio next to the bike path. Some houses have a half wall but this doesn't (it was standard height). Great for keeping toddlers in. I also loved that it was far enough from the Pier to minimize foot traffic but close enough for us to walk. The house was simple and had everything we needed. However, I do hope they replace the shutters facing the ocean. The shutters were broken and we had to open them all the way to see the view (which made the surrounding windows darker). Not a deal breaker but that's the only *bummer. Everything else was exactly what we needed. Thanks to the home owner, cleaners and property manager! My family and I had a great time!
