Beautiful property and the location is PERFECT near the beach. Parking was easy every day/night and the house was incredibly clean and easy to access. This was the first beach house that we have stayed at that did not provide a lot of beach things. Example- houses we have stayed at previously had umbrellas, wagons, lots of sand toys and beach towels. Here, there were some toys available which were very appreciated- but no beach towels did make going to the beach difficult with kids. This property provides a rental services for towels, but I didn’t really want to go through the headache of renting towels. Just feedback for the future to benefit guest experience!

Great location for our family. Clean and quiet.

This was the perfect Newport Vacation Spot! The house was wonderful, clean, comfortable beds and accommodations. A quick 1 minute walk to the infamous “wedge” and you are on the beach! Beautiful and quiet neighborhood! The property management was easy to communicate with and wonderful instructions plus extras (ability to order rentals, stock groceries, etc).

Awesome location and the place itself was very nice. My only complaint is that the address listed on the guest invite led to their business office down the street. While the correct address does appear in their portal (as requested), it can be confusing at first glance for invited guests. It would be best to remove the incorrect address entirely and direct people to the portal for the correct location. Otherwise great price for great place.

nice getaway and beautiful area. house was clean and as described. garage is tight but was able to fit two cars including a small SUV which was great because parking was tough to find during the day. lots of room and felt right at home.

We had a great stay on Balboa Peninsula. This home's location is in the best neighborhood. We felt safe and things were very quiet at all hours. The beach nearby is amazing - huge waves at the jetty if you like surfing or just watching them crash. The walk "downtown" to the fun zone and island ferry is not bad either. The kitchen is well stocked, bathrooms just fine, and beds comfortable. There is no A/C but the breeze at night combined with the fans worked for us. We rented a pack and play and a few beach chairs at fair prices. All in all, great value for the area. Couldn't ask for much more. One couple in our party was confused by the address listed and ended up at the realty company's office. Make sure you read their instructions carefully so you don't make the same mistake. They walked 2 miles with their suitcases after their taxi dropped them at the mistaken address.

Property was fantastic. Loved the home and the access to activities. Only recommendation would be that our trash cans were full even though trash day was the day we arrived and the WiFi was not working on the TVs. Highly recommend the home and will return in the future. Thank you.

House is in a great location. Very beautiful neighborhood and quiet for how busy and packed it is.

Location was absolutely amazing. My boys fish and boogie board. The wedge was a short 2 min walk, right down the street. The house was clean, beachy and plenty of room
