Great location. House had everything you needed. Host was excellent, clean house & the communication was very good. Outside agency handling towels, beach chairs, & umbrella was very good too. Highly recommend this place. Beach view was fantastic. Off street parking was very valuable as parking is tough in Newport Beach. Thanks for a great family week!

We had a wonderful stay. The home was very clean and the views were unbeatable. The location was nice with decent street parking in addition to the garage. We did not park in the garage as it was a tight fit but used it for our rental bikes and surf boards which was handy. It was an easy walk from the home to the pier, some restaurants and the fun zone area. The location on the boardwalk was perfect for walks and biking. The home's decor was pretty dated but we found that was easily overlooked for the view and location.
