Beautiful home! Very well equipped kitchen, it has everything you need and more. The bedrooms are great, with most having their own bathrooms. Bedding is so nice and the beds are pretty comfortable. The loft is an added bonus for hanging out. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking to spend some quality time with their family. If you rent through Tahoe Getaways you'll get the best service. They are prompt, professional, and made check-in and check out very easy! SK

We stayed here before Thanksgiving and it was a great stay. The house is beautiful and very well kept. Stocked with most things you will need. We will be staying here again. Its location is wonderful as well only 5 mins from stores.

Wonderful home in the Sunnyside area. Everything was immaculate and the master bedroom is outstanding. Living and dining areas are smaller, but would absolutely return! Thank you for a great stay!

Wow! This home is spectacular! We had a wonderful weekend celebrating friends and Thanksgiving! The house is open and perfect for entertaining and equipped with everything you would need! We will definitely be staying again!

This was a beautiful place to stay! Our hosts were so friendly, there was SO MUCH to do, and the ambience was incredible - snow everywhere! Be forewarned of animals in the area, but they’ll leave you alone as long as you leave them alone. The coyotes are friendly, sometimes they even sit a few feet from your window and say hi! The amount of games there was nice, the pool table got me and my family addicted to pool. If you go during the winter, go to Northstar Ski Resort and get day passes - very good slopes, good food, and fun shops to go to. The beds were very comfortable, and each room had a TV so everyone could watch their own show or movie. The kitchen was a reasonable size, and all of the cabinets and doors in the kitchen were so gorgeous. I will definitely be staying here again, it was so nice and relaxing!

Incredible home with breathtaking views. The hosts are prompt, communicative and take great care of the property and their guests. Highly recommend the Edgewater home and Tahoe Getaways- exceptional team!! As a homeowner, I would hire them to manage my properties. A+ service and CARE.

Great location and house had everything we needed and more

The house is beautiful! The kitchen is so well stocked it made it easy to cook all our meals. The rooms are beautiful, bedding is very nice and beds are comfortable. The fact that most of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms was a big bonus. The only thing that I would have wished was different was the downstairs couch. The loft couch is very comfortable, I would say the opposite of the two downstairs leather couches. They are very low to the ground and don't have a high back so you really cannot get too cozy in them, which is such a downside since you're right by the fireplace. Minor detail given how thoughtful everything else is.

Great stay! The views are wonderful. The location is convenient to Tahoe City. Lots of good communal space for our family to hang out, play games, and reconnect. The lock process is slightly confusing (key location) but once we figured it out, it was all good! We will be back next time we want to get our extended family together.

Perfect location ! Views of the lake out the windows were incredible. The private beach was wonderful for both the kids and adults. We will be back!

My family had the absolute best time in a cozy, well maintained home with explosive views. The hosts response time was the fastest we’ve ever had- from booking to leaving. We were all so sad to leave “our home” and look forward to coming back. If you’re considering multiple homes, look no further.
