My family and I had the MOST relaxing stay here. We didn’t leave the house! The views from the house were just so breathtaking. And the house itself felt so homey. We had everything we needed. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed a delightful visit to North Lake Tahoe in this gracious home. It is beautifully appointed with everything we needed. In addition to eating out, we prepared a meal in the gourmet kitchen - it's remarkable. We played games at the dining room table, watched a movie, sipped coffee on one of several comfortable deck chairs. The house is in a convenient location for quick access to a never-ending list of outstanding hikes. My family want to return next year and make this an annual event. Thank you for providing this opportunity for us.

Overall, we all enjoyed the wonderful views for a relaxing early spring getaway. Loved being right on the lake. Some mornings, the water was so calm it was like a mirror, but usually the wind would pick up in the afternoon. The kitchen is nice and modern with an induction stovetop and plenty of pans and pots. Our middle school aged child loved having access to the lake and pulled out rocks despite the cold water temperatures. Friendly neighborhood as well.

Really nice spot!

Lovely unit, quiet, spacious and well stocked. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, master bath had a steam shower was a treat after a long day of skiing, the "tree house" recreation center is two doors away for my children to swim and play basketball. We at evenings enjoyed the big tv room downstairs as well. Ski and ski out access was wonderful and on the last day there was great shuttle service to the ritz.

We had a great trip! The beach access that comes with the place is a nice perk.

This was a fantastic little cottage! Just a few minutes walk from the lake and all of the restaurants and shopping in Tahoe City. It also has easy access to the slopes and Palisades and Alpine. Highly recommend staying at Fern Grove!

This was a welcoming home with all the advertised amenities. We enjoyed the proximity to Truckee for restaurants and shopping, as well as the slopes. We are not big skiers but enjoy the snow. The house was clean and the family enjoyed the game / family room. It is a beautiful home and we plan to return.
