Great spot- 7 minutes from Tahoe city, 10 min from kings beach. Lots to do. Only complaint was the paddle boards and kayaks had no paddles. Otherwise solid experience overall.

We really enjoyed the cabin, there were very nice touches like beach chairs and dog bowls for our dog. The neighborhood was peaceful and walking distance to the lake. Would love to stay again!

We loved your beautiful home! It was the perfect size for our family of six and our pup. The beds were all super cozy and the house was very open. Plenty of room for all of us to cozy up and watch a movie and even play some card games at the large dining room table. We couldn't find any horse shoes in the home, so we bought our own to play and had a great time! We enjoyed using the beautiful hot tub as well. The only suggestion I would make is to change the kitchen sink out because it's not well designed. You don't have much room to wash your dishes on the side where the garbage disposal is. Water pressure is also very low as well and could be a little bit more. We were also told the garbage would be picked up that Tuesday morning, but it never was picked up. We did not ever have the garbage box blocked, due to your instructions. There was plenty of room, but thought I would mention it for any future issues. Great place and we would love to come back and visit next year! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

This home can accommodate a large family comfortably. There are ample bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms, and the living spaces are great for hanging out. The beds were very comfortable. The master bedroom and bath upstairs is lovely but might be challenging for some as there are steep steps that must be navigated. Overall it was a beautiful place with views of amazing sunsets from the living room!

The rental home was much better than expected. We enjoyed our stay and everything was as listed. We'd stay at one of your homes any time. Thank you!

We had a lovely trip to Tahoe and the home we rented couldnt have met our needs better. The check in and check out were easy and everything was as described. We would definitely use this. company again for all our rental needs as our vacation went perfectly.

There is so much to love about this beautiful a-frame! The stunning and quiet backyard views while soaking in the hot tub was one of the best features. The kids loved that there was a Nintendo switch. Comfy beds and plenty of space - we had the best time. :)
