A perfect setting for our vacation. It was quiet and private, and there was a lot of room for our party to spread out.

The place was beautiful and very well furnished and amenities were very thoughtful. It had a beautiful view and the house was very modern and stylish. It was easy to go Lake Tahoe and other attractions.

Great place with all the essentials and more. Having the backyard in the Summer was really nice.

Absolutely beautiful house. Had an amazing time up in Tahoe for the 4th. Got to propose to my girlfriend by the lake and then celebrate with a small group of friends at this amazing Airbnb. The house is in a perfect location and has great views of the lake for sunset. Hosts were very fast to respond and were very accommodating. Highly recommend staying here.

Nice and spacious house with all the amenities we needed!

The Cobalt Blue cabin is so quaint! It is in a great location close to the lake and a few restaurants. Centrally located. Clean and comfortable place. The hosts were attentive and helpful ! We will be back again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay at this charming home that is tucked away in a beautiful setting near Lake Tahoe. The Lake view and access were superb, the dock was a tremendous added bonus and the home was warm and inviting. We truly appreciated being there each and every day!

The house and guest house were very nice and very well outfitted. We enjoyed our stay with waterfront beach access and a beautiful view. The problems we experienced related to a recent renovation to the house. The floor plan and write-up on Airbnb did not reflect the renovated floor plan. We were expecting a “bonus room”, but it had been converted into a bathroom (which was very nice). Unfortunately, we needed that space for a sleeping area for young children utilizing pack n plays, so 5 young children ended up in one room. With the correct information, we would not have rented this house. Also, the owners had installed a new water cut-off system so we were without water for 10 hours on the first day. The management company did not know, so they sent out the city instead of a plumber right away. Hopefully these issues will be resolved in the future. Not much of an apology or any kind of perk was offered by the management company for these issues.

This house was so comfortable and the backyard was amazing! It had everything we needed and the lush green backyard was incredible.We were two blocks away from the lake and the access to the HOA beach was lovely. We had a great time!
