Great place with good amenities and stock of essential needs. Very clean and well maintained. Location is close to the main strip in Tahoe City. Our group would visit again!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, recently built home in Truckee! The space was perfect for our group of six, with plenty of room to spread out and even host a few extra guests comfortably. The kitchen was well-equipped with high-quality appliances that made cooking a breeze, and everything was spotless upon arrival. We especially loved the pool table—it kept everyone entertained throughout the trip. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, and they even offered us a late checkout at a very reasonable rate, which was much appreciated. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a relaxing, well-appointed getaway in Truckee!

We recently had 7 adults and 2 kids stay at Hideaway in the Highlands for a ski vacation. The house was absolutely perfect! The kids loved the game room, the adults loved the hot tub. The location was great, being only a couple miles from the restaurants, shops, and amenities of Tahoe City, and an easy distance from Heavenly, Northstar, and Palisades. The owners have thought of everything you could need while away from homeeven the gel ice packs in the freezer came in handy for a couple minor ski injuries!

It was great but there were a few broken things, but I let them know and they noted them no biggie. Other than great my friends and I had a great time. Nice, clean, and great location with fun stuff to do.

The location was perfect, hardly a 5 minute walk from all the amenities at Palisades. And the space inside was comfortable but cozy, just enough room for our group of 6. The option for a late checkout was also extremely convenient, letting us get the most of our final hours in Tahoe.

We loved our stay! The location was amazing and the house was as nice as described and pictured. The open kitchen and living room was great for a lot of good family time. We highly recommend and hope to stay again

Lovely home. Very comfortable. Master bed is delightful as is the steam shower. Perfect location. Just be sure to bring your own toiletries - no soap or shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms! This info is in the contract, but can be easily overlooked since it is a significant departure from the usual.

Loved the proximity to the mountain. Made it so easy to go and ski.

If you have a big group of people this place would be great to accommodate everyone. There were only three of us and we enjoyed the comfort of home. Thank you we will be back!
