This wonderful dog friendly home had everything we needed and is in such a beautiful neighborhood! Close to Tahoe City and comes with access to the HOA beach area. What more could you ask for? We loved it!

We enjoyed our stay at Above the Pines with our family, including our pup! Great property, equiped with everything you would need. Any issues we had were minor and immediately addressed. Hope to return soon.

Beautiful views in a spacious airy home. Comfortable for all 4 of us and our dog. The steam shower in the master suite was divine!! We were spoiled after a long hike and work out. A definite keeper for us. Thank you!

We loved this property. It was beautifully furnished and decorated and so comfortable. We loved the location because it was central to everything. We took a trip to Incline Village to have dinner and do some gambling one night and another day, we used the cute cruiser bikes to ride to Tahoe City and the west shore. We enjoyed the large deck and yard (with a hot tub!). I particularly liked sitting in the two chairs near the fireplace. Such a relaxing vibe. We can't wait to return.

Spent a long weekend at the Hideaway in the Highlands, and can't say enough good things about the place. The house is well laid out with comfortable rooms, stylish décor, a spacious front deck, and a nice back yard, with a hot tub ready to go. The location is tops - cycling distance to Tahoe City and the lake. What wins the 5-star review is the attention to details. Cruiser bikes lined up in the garage with matching helmets, next to the ski boot warmers. A play-station set up in the kids game room, sharp kitchen knives (my personal bug-bear of rental properties), and Sonos sound system throughout.

This is the second year we stayed at this property. The view is magnificent, the private beach is special, the kitchen is modern with updated appliances. The furniture is comfortable. There is plenty of room for families with children. Last but not least is the huge backyard for my dog. She loves to explore and it's enclosed so she can't get out to the road. We hope to rent again next summer.

We completely enjoyed our stay at this home. It had all the conveniences needed for our stay. We especially enjoyed the fact that we could bring our dogs with us on this vacation. The home is beautiful and clean. The only thing I saw was that the floors could be cleaner and there was virtually no laundry cleaners left in the home. I wanted to wash towels/sheets at the end of our stay but I could only do 2 loads with what was in the home. The house is conveniently located and was very comfortable with five adults and two dogs. I would stay here again!
