What a lovely home. It was spacious and welcoming for our group to enjoy the open air living room and kitchen but retire to private bedrooms. Clean and well stocked we have no complaints about the kitchen or bathrooms. We especially enjoyed the hot tub at night under the stars.

There were several rental properties that were available during the labor day weekend but this one met all our criteria. The check-in process was simple, the home was exactly as described-inviting, bright, clean, modern appliances and amazing views of the meadow. The location was great with short drive to multiple fun activities including Kings beach north lake tahoe, river rafting, treetops/zipline and Donner lake.In addition to a master suite, there was a mini suite with attached bathroom which was great for added privacy. Kids had fun sleeping in bunk beds. This was our first visit to Truckee and I am glad that we found this gem!! We will definitely come back!!

We enjoyed our stay with our little girls. Biggest issue: The kids bottom bunk mattress is harder than a piece of plywood. Not exaggerating. It was rock solid.
Otherwise, everything was perfect. We would stay again if there was actual mattress put in.
Would recommend staying here.

Central location. Great home layout. Peaceful and relaxing.

Good location but hard to get in and out front drive. Park in back off Ferguson. Lots of space for everyone. Some street noise. Plenty of fans since no AC. Hot tub could use repair on jets but overall we loved our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay! It’s not a big house (for same amount you can rent a 4-5 bdr house) but since it was only two of us we felt really comfortable in it. Perfectly designed and furnished, with LOTS of details and everything you will need for a couple of days. Equipped kitchen and a very peaceful porch where you can sit and relax.
Upstairs bedroom is so cozy and the bedding also top notch, you feel like in a luxury hotel room. The only thing I would add is blackout curtains for the upstairs bedroom as morning sun is pretty bright.
The place is perfect for a couple, prob for 4 people but the living room is pretty small so would be a little bit tight to sit and relax for 4.
Since the size of the cabin is not that big I think the price could be lower but I never regret spending those 2 days in it. This was a perfect getaway for me and my husband.
I recommend it 100%.

We stayed here for a girls weekend and had such a great time! The house was spacious and comfortable and we loved being able to enjoy the beach and other amenities. The location was peaceful and quiet but an easy 10 minute Uber to Tahoe City. The hosts were very kind and responsive and even when there was a miscommunication on check-in time, the host was accommodating and acted quickly to resolve the issue. I’d recommend this house to any group or family traveling to Tahoe!

Great home and perfectly equipped for everything we needed. We loved the location and the layout was perfect. The management company and/or owners clearly have it set up to accommodate your every need such as hotel style shampoo and conditioners in the bathrooms, a dog bed and dog bowls for pets, multiple flatscreen TVs and new bikes in the garage. Super organized, clean and cozy. Would definitely come back!
