We rented for a week in June 2025 and wanted to be close to several golf courses near the house. The house did not disappoint. It is a well-decorated home with comfortable furniture and great beds and a well-equipped kitchen for cooking. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the late afternoon/early evenings, too. Very enjoyable vacation and great home in an excellent location near Truckee and grocery stores and easy to explore North Tahoe. We hope to book again next summer!

We are so happy with this property and finding the next weekend we can stay again. The neighborhood was awesome, amenities spot-on, beds SUPER comfortable and hot tub ended our days in the best way after many hikes that were walking distance from the house. If you have the option to pick this property just do it!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. All of the bedrooms and home in general were comfy, cozy and very clean. It was the perfect place for our families getaway.

We had a great stay - the location is unbeatable with the direct beach access, and the home is just minutes away from shops/dining/coffee in town and the main King's Beach area. The house itself was very comfortable - we loved the open floorplan with the mix of families we had staying. The fireplace was very cozy in the cooler fall weather.

This cabin was lovely. The view of the lake was amazing! We had a pleasant and relaxing weekend. Because the weather kept us inside most of the time, the only complaint is that the cable did not work. It would have been nice if the TV was a smart one that we could just have logged into our own streaming accounts. The cooking pans were great, except the larger ones did not have lids. Overall, this cabin was amazing and we had a five star experience

This is such a cozy, clean, updated little A-Frame and we had the perfect getaway! The hosts were extremely resonsive. Be careful walking smaller dogs at night out there as there are a lot of coyotes in the area. All in all we had an amazing stay and will definitely come back!
