Great place and in great shape. Host was fantastic and the golf cart made it easy to not only enjoy Water Color but also to get to Seaside proper, restaurants outside the norm such as Cafe 30A and to Publix.

We stayed here for four days and really enjoyed the location - ten minute walk/5 minute bike to restaurants, the beach, shopping… and even only a ten minute golf cart ride to the grocery store. The house is clean and as pictured. Would stay again.
