There are certainly HOA rules you'll want to read in the welcome guide as soon as you arrive, and the kitchen is a bit lacking for a home that is supposed to sleep 12 (you can sleep 11 in beds/the pull-out couch, and we finally found an air mattress for the 12th sleeper), but the home is lovely and roomy. The LSV (golf cart) and bikes made getting around very easy in an area that is designed for both. We were surprised by all the LSV parking downtown, and the bikes are abundant!. Home was beautiful. Two Master suites came in handy having two couples. Enjoyed the golf cart and bikes immensely. They added so much to our trip, making it easier to get to places around the area. Would so recommend staying here. Great location.
