Lovely home with a great location as you can walk to everything.

We loved the home, and the location one block from Main Street on Balboa Island was perfect!
Having 3 en-suite bedrooms plus the half bath on the main floor and the roof top was perfect.
The elevator was very helpful to go up to the rooftop and back down to the kitchen and living area.
The team was very responsive- within minutes when I would text a question- A++.
I would recommend this home - fantastic!!

The home is absolutely beautiful. Was very well stocked compared to other BnBs. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and wish we stayed longer!

We had a wonderful stay with our two adult children. The outdoor front seating area is surrounded with lovely plantings.The home is beautifully designed and the open living area, dining table and kitchen were perfect for spending time together. The rooftop deck is fantastic! It's clear the owners enjoy entertaining and have thoughtfully shared so many amenities with rental guests. Thank you! We hope to stay again!

This property is amazing. We loved how it fit our group so well. Three couples each had their own private room/bathroom. Absolutely perfect. We did have an issue with plugged sinks. This issue was addressed in a very timely manner. The team was very responsive to our needs. And yes, should we return to the Newport/Balboa area we would consider staying here again. Thanks to the team for a wonderful few days with our family.
