Beautiful, clean and safe neighborhood and peaceful beach. Easy walk to the beach, only a few houses down from the sand. The house was nicely decorated, clean and sufficiently equipped to live and cook normally. Check if you are renting the upper or lower unit. In the lower unit, the ceiling is very thin so you can hear upstairs people walking around. We would stay there again, we had a great time.

I stayed with five teen boys and this place was absolutely perfect! I would stay here again. I did need every second til checkout to get my car loaded and the cleaner did show up almost an hour early. I also left items in a drawer I was really sad not to recover. I reached out the same day as check out and almost every day for a week and I stopped getting a response. Items were never recovered or even looked for which is too bad. I felt like this could have been handled better. The stay tho was great! Back bedroom has five beds.

We stayed with this host for the second time, and once again it was an easy 5-star experience. The team is very professional, responsive, and consistently goes the extra mile to make everything smooth and comfortable.
The house itself feels very fresh and new, and it’s a perfect setup for a great vacation—super close to the beach. One thing we especially appreciated (as a big family) was the kitchen: this company has the best kitchen equipment and appliances we’ve seen in Newport Beach, which made cooking and everyday life genuinely pleasant.
We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book again!

The Pros: Location, location, location- can walk to just about everything you'd want to do in the area. Shopping, dining, grocery, beach all within just a few short blocks at most. The unit itself was really clean and had all the amenities that you would want/ need for a week or so. Hosts were very responsive when we had questions.
The cons: The noise was almost unbearable from the unit upstairs. We are city dwellers and used to a lot of noise, but we could literally hear their conversations and every step that was taken (from 6a- 3a).
We had some issues getting into the garage at first- maybe we were interpreting the instructions wrong, but it took us a good 30 minutes to figure out that you could only enter through the walkway (instructions were a bit confusing- to us at least).
Nothing available to use at the beach. Rentals are offered, but it would be great to have a chair or two to use.

NB Vacation Properties was amazing! Whenever we had any questions or needed help, they responded promptly. The location was perfect. We look forward to renting the property again next summer!

We had a great stay in this rental! All directions were easy to follow, management was great with communication, & everything was well stocked and easy to use in the unit. Access to the beach, shopping and restaurants was amazing! The recent remodel was lovely; new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, hvac units… everything felt clean and functioned well.
