Very clean and well stocked with all the essentials. The location was amazing. You open the sliding door to the back patio and you're right on the beach with incredible views. Both the upstairs and downstairs units have walkout patios and decks to take it all in.It sits about 100 feet from the end of the Balboa boardwalk, so it's easy to hop on and walk to the downtown area. But unlike the houses right on the boardwalk, you don't have people constantly walking past, so you get a lot more privacy while still being right on the sand.The attached garage was a big plus if you have a rental car. Supermarkets and stores are an easy 5 to 10 minute walk if you need anything.We did have some trouble getting the online guest portal to load at first, but the host responded incredibly fast and got it sorted right away. Once it was up it made everything easy. All the lock codes, check in and check out instructions, and property details were clearly laid out in one spot.Overall, highly recommended if you're looking for a great place in the area.

The house had everything we needed for our large family. The best part was that it was right on the beach. I would definitely stay here again
