Great place and location, would stay again.

We loved our stay on Balboa Island. The house was located equal distance from restaurants and the shore line. The place felt safe and had everything you could ever need. The two main beds were comfortable and in separate rooms. The third room is more of a kids room with a small single bed. It was nice to use for luggage and changing. We really enjoyed eating breakfast at the Cantina down the street, it was super yummy. We can’t wait to rent this place again.

Cute little cottage! Worked out great for our family and was walking distance from everything we needed.

Great location. Very cozy space.

The home was super cute and perfect for our stay. It was spotlessly clean and the offer to have groceries pre-delivered was fantastic! Only complaint is the check in process and "house rules" are not located within VRBO. They will send you an email under a name I did not recognize with instructions on how to log in to their portal. It took me at least 2 hours to figure out how to enter the home. If the email just would have mentioned VRBO in the title, it would have been so much easier.

Fantastic

Good except for TV service. Not enough channels.

Adorable character and AWESOME fireplace!!!! I loved it! Ruby house will definitely be a tradition every year. Plenty of space and the garage is very clean and convenient. Close to EVERYTHING even a market near by and the home sits in a great location!
