Super søde at tale med. Jeg kunne ikke finde min nøglekode, og de hjalp mig til jeg fandt den og var tryg.
Jeg vil helst sikkert tjekke om dette hus er ledigt, hvis jeg skal til Californien igen.

We loved our stay on Balboa Island. The house was located equal distance from restaurants and the shore line. The place felt safe and had everything you could ever need. The two main beds were comfortable and in separate rooms. The third room is more of a kids room with a small single bed. It was nice to use for luggage and changing. We really enjoyed eating breakfast at the Cantina down the street, it was super yummy. We can’t wait to rent this place again.

The home was super cute and perfect for our stay. It was spotlessly clean and the offer to have groceries pre-delivered was fantastic! Only complaint is the check in process and "house rules" are not located within VRBO. They will send you an email under a name I did not recognize with instructions on how to log in to their portal. It took me at least 2 hours to figure out how to enter the home. If the email just would have mentioned VRBO in the title, it would have been so much easier.

My first trip to California was made even better by staying at this adorable cottage on Balboa Island! It was very clean and comfortable. It was a real plus to have a garage on the island, as the street parking was insane. We especially liked hanging out on the front patio in the nice weather.

Newport Beach Vacation Properties was good to work with. Their Ruby Ave., Balboa Island listing was as described. Property entry, stay instructions, and communications all worked seamlessly.

Super cute place. Felt clean and comfortable. Balboa Island is lovely and this home reflects the quaint island vibes. The island can be crowded so the garage parking is a huge plus. Dealing with a property manager does not give you the personal touch we have experienced from other rentals; we were disappointed with their slow communication but this does not reflect the property and we would enjoy staying there again. It is frustrating to have a huge cleaning fee and then still be responsible for the trash and stripping the beds, towels, etc..
