Overall loved this property! Such a beautiful location and amazing views and sunsets! The house worked perfectly for us. Description of property was exactly what we got. Everything was in decent shape and when we did need to report any issues we received a response right away. Would rent this place again!I do wish that we could have checked-in earlier than 4pm without extra fees, it seems a bit ridiculous that the house was ready for us but had to sit empty until 4pm unless we paid extra. We pay the same amount for each day but get significantly less time on check in and check out days, as with everywhere, but usually there is the option to check in early if the place is ready without extra costs. We have rented other properties in Newport before and checked in early without any extra charge.

Great location and easy access. Not the most updated but fit our needs perfectly. Would definitely go back.

Sweet space on the sand. Super convenient to all the best of Newport all in walking distance.
