This property was very nice! To be noted…. There is no A/C (which IS listed, just hard to find in the listing), also it looks like this property is ground level; it is not. None of these things are a deal breaker for this property. Overall the gist was very responsive and the property was clean. I would definitely stay here again and/or recommend!

Home was perfect for our family this year, living and dining all connected for a great view whatever you are doing.Great morning walk and coffee on the patio. Beach views were amazing and location for kids and walking outstanding. Lifeguard camp was in full swing and was fun to watch all the little lifeguards working hard.

I book thru VRBO and it was easy To do but to do check in it was a hassle having to go to the office and given different instructions! I have nothing bad to say about the location and stay, we when on a family trip and my kiddos enjoy having the beach front gateway has no words!!!

Home was clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for our group of 7.

We had a wonderful stay. My only complaint is there was a musty smell, maybe this is usual with the close proximity to the ocean.Communication regarding payment was challenging but eventually resolved. Communication about the loose cable making noise during the night was also a bit challenging but again was resolved satisfactorily. Thanks for a great spot to celebrate with my sisters.

Perfect place!! Very spacious and bonus spacious living room for the kids. Beds were super comfy! Overall 10/10

We loved the place. Location was perfect and the Newport Beach Vacation Service was responsive and helpful. It is nice to have 2 parking spots and there were enough towels and beddings for the guests to use.

The location of this property is absolutely amazing, with a beautiful ocean-front view. We truly enjoyed biking along the boardwalk every day and taking relaxing walks to Balboa Village — the setting really made our stay special.The house offers plenty of space, which was great for our group, although it could benefit from some refreshing updates.We stayed at another property just a few doors down earlier this year, and they provided thoughtful extras like beach towels and beach chairs, which made a big difference and were very much appreciated. In comparison, this house offers very limited additional amenities.Our main concern was the washer and dryer operating on a coin system. One of the reasons we choose vacation homes is for the convenience, especially for longer stays. We stayed for nine nights, and having to find and use quarters for laundry felt inconvenient and somewhat discouraging. It wasn’t about the cost — it was more about the added hassle during what’s meant to be a relaxing vacation.Overall, the location is truly wonderful, but a few updates and added conveniences would greatly improve the guest experience.

We had a great time and this is an excellent location in Newport Beach. We will definitely come back
