The property was very clean, provided towels and other basic necessities. The location was PERFECT, just a little over 1 block from the beach. The rooftop was so nice for enjoying the sunset. Only issue I encountered was the dishwasher not working, and I didn't get a response from the host regarding the issue. It didn't affect my overall experience, though, so I still gave 5 stars for the property. The lack of A/C was a bit of an issue due to the hot days we visited, but it's common for beach properties to not have A/C, so again, I didn't count that against the experience. Just know if you go in July, you'll be a little uncomfortable, but there are fans and opening the windows will alleviate that.

Great location, effect for a family get away to the beach. Very close to the beach itself, close to restaurants and activities.

One of the nicest places we have stayed at in Newport Beach. Loved the rooftop deck, having 2 bathrooms, and a large master bedroom. Walking distance to the beach, grocery store, restaurants. Definitely would stay here again!

Excellent stay! Clean, spacious, welcoming, close to the beach, bars, restaurants, the Fun Zone. Just an awesome stay in total. The outside patio is incredible! So charming and pleasant, with a fantastic view!

Great place, clean and good parking. Cable TV. Deck off the master is nice. Good location. Washer and Dryer and in the house. This rentals front door is on the second floor so you have the second and third floor. I don't like when the washer and dryer are in the garage.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect with very short walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The place does not have AC but the weather is nice in October and we did not have any problem with just leaving the windows open.

We spent time with my parents and loved the rooftop deck. The house was close to the beach. It was a very easy walk for everyone. Restaurants and grocery close by as well. House was clean and had everything we needed to cook meals.
