The "Oeste" building is going through a Lobby renovation but is not the host fault. At least it shows that they care for the maintenance of the building and they are renovating the Lobby to make it look better for future guest and tenants.
Shower had great hot water and AC works great. The mattress was very comfortable.
Kitchen has everything you need.
