Everything was great except the air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom area was not cooling properly. Maintenance came out the second night and said it was cooling properly but it never cooled the upstairs area the entire stay .

We had a wonderful stay Sea Trail resort, so much we opted to stay an extra day. The condo is lovely and like a home away from home. We love Sunset Beach, so peaceful, laid back perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with family.

Excellent condition of the vrbo and location! We will be back!

The condo and grounds were very nice. We were disappointed to find the cumbersome process to access a pool which was not shared at the booking.
