The place was great for a March Break stay. We loved the proximity to the ski lift for ski in/out access every morning. Easy access to town for dinner/essentials. Owner was very quick to respond to any concerns or questions. We had a great time.

Our stay with Josh was great. Ellicotville was a cute little town, and the Spring skiing on the slopes was as good as we could have ever asked. Thanks for communicating with us so proactively Josh, you really made everything easy!

8 inches of POW! We had a great time. Last Chance trail is literally outside the door. Ski down to the lift, scan your ticket/phone and it prints out your pass. No lines over at SnowPine. Nice being on the first floor. Ski rack is outside. So cool...
