This place was quiet and away from the main hub of Holiday Valley, while still offering the convenience of ski-in/ski-out! It is spacious and clean and our family was very comfortable there. It’s a very short drive to town for meals and shopping.

We had a great stay here for our first time in Ellicottville! Big enough for two families of 4 and the kids loved the games and legos on the lower level. Right across the street from holiday valley. Highly recommend!
