We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at Josh's place. It was exactly as described and located in a beautiful, private area.
There is no AC, but there is a fan that kept the air moving well.
No complaints whatsoever!

I enjoyed my stay there. It was a clean place. The surroundings are beautiful. Good restaurant and downtown on a very short distance. During the hot summer, AC can be an issue as the one it's a small one.
