The location is beautiful, Ellicottville has amazing restaurants and shops! The condo was beautiful, and very comfortable for our family. It was clean and obviously well kept. We would definitely recommend this condo!

Later we realized it was a very short time for us. Very nice place and surroundings. It was foggy in the morning and a very nice view from the balcony and bedroom window. Clean and spacious home for vacation stay.

We stayed here with my sister and brother in law and felt the space was perfect for two couples with two bedrooms and two bathrooms! The place was very clean and a 5 mins drive into town. Josh was quick with his responses as well.

We loved how serene the condo was. Summer is pretty quiet, so it was the perfect refuge between family visits. They were extremely responsive with any issues that came up. Would definitely go back :)

We stayed here on a quick trip home to see family! The view is unbeatable and the restaurants around are tasty!
Unfortunately there were a few cobwebs but that’s nothing we couldn’t deal with.
Definitely will be back.
