This house was STUNNING. The place was clean, beautiful views, steps to the beach, amenities that made sense for a beach house get away, and offered open and spacious common area spaces but also privacy for couples. Perfect place to get away for a low key vacation with beautiful beach views and access. My only negative feedback was the noise ordinance in Newport Beach and the hosts having to be very strict about noise and turn-in time. We were here to celebrate my husbands 45th birthday day and we are the opposite of loud partiers, and even we were nervous to be outside after 10pm on a weekend. We are a very low key group but felt a lot of pressure and couldn't openly enjoy ourselves with ease because of the early & strict noise ordinance. This is a beautiful home for a private get away but not ideal for celebrations of any kind. Best suited for early risers and early bed timers who want to relax and not be bothered.

We had a great 5-day stay at Newport Beach Vacation Properties: LUXE. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing Newport Beach getaway. The location was excellent — close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we wanted to do during our trip. Communication was smooth throughout the stay, and the check-in/check-out process was easy and stress-free. Overall, a really enjoyable experience and we’d definitely consider staying here again on a future visit.

We celebrated our daughter’s 9th birthday at her favorite destination Newport Beach Ca. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in the door.
Property checked all the boxes. Beautiful, clean and functional! No expense was spared at this property and it truly shows.
Excellent location along the peninsula. Steps away from the beach, close proximity to restaurants and night life. It is a perfect balance for families and adult groups.

Amazing! Beautiful and perfect

Excellent place

This house is stunning with beautiful, comfortable furniture and perfectly located just a couple of minutes stroll to the beach. There is also a nice park with a playground within a couple of minutes if you have children. The host was very responsive and helpful. When I reached out regarding the issue with the jacuzzi tub (which we unfortunately did not get to use) the host promptly responded and attempted to address it. The rooftop patio with the fireplace was wonderful to enjoy in the afternoons. The elevator is also so nice to have when taking luggage up and also if there is anyone who may have an issue going up and down stairs. The Tesla charger in the garage was the cherry on top! If you have an EV you will appreciate not having to go elsewhere to charge. Street parking may be a bit of an issue if you have more than two cars or you have SUVs. Otherwise, this house is amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again!
