We had such a great stay! The location is incredible, an easy walk right onto the beach. There is so much to do within walking in Newport Beach! We comfortably fit six of us and it was a great space for our group trip. There is no AC so it does get a little hot at night, but there were plenty of fans available. The management is very on top of it and communicated all the information we needed. They offered up local suggestions and many resources to us during our stay. This was a 5-star experience and would 10/10 recommend this stay to anyone!

We had a such a lovely stay here! The place looks exactly as the pictures do. And the view is incredible. We had everything we needed in the condo. Host was super communicative and check in was a breeze! Definitely recommend.

Right on the beach! That’s great except it will be noisy at night. Otherwise a great location and very nice condition. Host was very responsive!

Beach view was amazing! Walk to the beach in just a few minutes. It is noisy because of the parking lot and the path right below the unit. Otherwise location is fantastic! Because there was no air conditioning we needed the windows open. Could be a problem in the summer months? Having the parking under the building was great! Would definitely recommend to others.
