Perfect for our needs. Do know that the fenced in yard has damage to the fencing so it will not keep dogs inside the fence. That was the only downside.

The property is very clean and nicely maintained. The furnishings are tasteful and the beds are comfortable.
The property is about 150 yards from railroad tracks, so there was some occasional noise. Otherwise, the neighborhood was fjne.
