This place was amazing, I'd definitely book again! Being able to hop on the slopes at holiday valley in a just a minute or two was something I wish I done at more ski resorts. The rental was great and slept 5 comfortably!

This is a beautiful place to stay, there is a lot to do close to the property.
nice restaurant close to the building.
I recommend katys as a good place yo have a nice breakfast.

I enjoyed my stay there. It was a clean place. The surroundings are beautiful. Good restaurant and downtown on a very short distance. During the hot summer, AC can be an issue as the one it's a small one.

The place itself was very nice and very close to the village of Ellicottville so we were able to do alot. I would greatly recommend this place to a future guest.
