Great location. Gulf Place has plenty restaurants and shops. No need to leave unless you just want to explore 30A. Stayed in this unit 2 years in a row for Fall Break.

Just finished a stay in the Florida panhandle and benchmark was great! They always have the place so neat and ready! They’re always willing to let us in early if the rental is available and the communication is great!

We had a wonderful time at a condo on 30a! Had a slight problem with the lock but the team answered quickly and fixed it before we got back from dinner! Look forward to using their services again!
