Location was even better than expected! You can see the bay and have a short walk to the beach! Lots to do close by. The patio on the upper unit was lovely! Truly a great place to hang out. Both units were small but did fit our group well. Definitely plan to bring beach towels!

Great location and very nice upper and lower patios. We rented both units and spent all of our time on the upper patio. You can walk to the Balboa Ferry, Newport Beach or Balboa Bay beach and views - very close to everything. The nice part was that it's far down the peninsula so the crowds are less than the Newport Pier area, but still very busy on a holiday weekend. The 2-car garage was great, but we had 3 cars so finding parking can be a challenge, but a small inconvenience for everything else we enjoyed. The apartments were well stocked and clean, but plan to bring your own cooking spices, salt, pepper, coffee, etc. No issues with the fridge as stated, but we followed the suggestions and everything was fine. We would stay there again and would recommend the property.
