It was very clean, beautiful, hot tub was clean and worked well. It had all the amenities we needed. I hated it didn't have any water but no one's fault....just Texas for ya :) Would definitely stay again.

The area is very special & the house, a gem. Stayed here in 2023 & we were so happy to get back. It was sad to find the area in a serious drought. The creek was low then, but the lawn was green and the waterbirds & frogs were prevalent...
