very open lots of room. private no river access but that wasn't an issue for us short walk to river outfitters. short walk to bar and stores

We really enjoyed the privacy of the house, as well as all the accommodations that were included! Some lounge chairs for the beautiful patio would have made it PERFECT!!! Until next time Canyon Lake!
