The property is quiet and backs up to nature, and is surrounded by beautiful trees. There were several deer sightings! The very nice owner lives next door, but there's a fence between the properties and plenty of space. We chatted with him for a few minutes when we checked in and he gave us some very helpful tips on the house and property. After that he gave us plenty of space to enjoy our weekend.
We visited on a hot, April weekend and it was pretty dry so I was worried there wouldn't be any water or that it wouldn't be swimmable.
