House was very nice and laid out well. Pool was fantastic and the outdoor sitting areas were nice. The house was remote enough without being too far from San Marcos. The whole family loved it!

My husband and two six year olds had a great time at Minglewood. The playscape and pool provided hours of entertainment we only left the house once! Quiet area, plenty of stars at night and beautiful sunrises.

Enjoyed our week stay! House has beautiful views and lots of room for families. We wish the pool was heated as we were there during chillier “pool days”, but still loved hanging out on the patio.
