Bring your own coffee or K-cups. Very nice place, clean and comfortable. We had an issue at arrival with the upstairs thermostat, it was limited at 75 and had a lickout. Management company hor witg homeowner, and issue was quickly resolved.

I enjoyed every moment of the home and property overall. The view of the lake in the morning is breathtaking. I love to get away from the city and go to canyon lake for a reset. This house was very relaxing. Would definitely recommend and come back!
