Easy access to river outfitters. Area not too crowded. House is acceptable but could use a deep clean. The master bed needs to be fixed. The headboard leans into the mattress and the bed does not feel secure.

We had a girls trip to float the river and Visit Gruene. All were great experiences! The beds made a lot of noises but that is minor. The house was perfect and we will def be back. Overall we throughly enjoyed our stay and time at the river.

The only thing that was not fun was the walk down to the river, not having any steps was difficult for the older folks.

The place was perfect for my wife and I! Great spot on the river in a good area. We could chill and be secluded or get out with fellow river-goers. Great time and would recommend!
