The property was just as advertised. It is a nice little house for a small group. It sits right on the river and if it would have been warm enough to float we would’ve had our pick of outfitters. Nice little property.

Great place to stay. Clean and plenty of room for my family. Outdoor space was awesome. Great access to the Guadalupe River. Great fishing!! Would highly recommend

It is our 2nd tine rental for our anniversary. House has deteriated since our 1st Stay. Spent my 1st night cleaning and sweeping, wiping down cabinets and counters. River access good. Quiet place to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Thank you...
