I will say the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful! Clear instructions to the private access to the river would of been nice to have. The town and HEB is within minutes.

We had a great Spring Break here! There was room for everyone and the house had all that we needed. The backyard was beautiful and we were close to everything we wanted to do.
